The space
Please note that while this five-bedroom property, including the guest house, can accommodate up to 12 guests, we do not permit more than 15 people on the property at any time. For example, if your group consists of 10 overnight guests, you may invite up to five additional daytime visitors. Our neighbors will notify us if the guest limit, four-car parking limit, or 9 PM to 9 AM quiet hours are violated. We encourage guests to have fun and make memories, but out of respect for our neighbors, we do not allow parties or large gatherings. Please review all house rules carefully and reach out with any questions.

The main house has three bedrooms & two bathrooms and features a great family room downstairs flowing out to the yard. The guest house is newly remodeled and has two bedrooms and a cute, clean layout.

Guest access
We provide an online guidebook packed with helpful information and links to make vacation planning easy! This guidebook is sent out immediately after the full booking process is completed. Guests love it—it includes over 10 videos showcasing the home and its amenities, along with detailed instructions and tips. We kindly ask that it's shared with all adults staying at the property.

Plus, every guest has our personal cell number and is encouraged to call or text us anytime, 24/7, with questions or anything they might need.

Guests will have access to the whole property. Door codes are sent via text three days before the check in date.
