  • The apartment was stylish and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. We were welcomed with a bottle of vodka and a huge bowl of fresh delicious strawberries. It's a good location for exploring the widespread city of warsaw. The tram just outside took us everywhere we needed to go. It's also around the corner from the jewish area, which was great for us.
The balcony was a lovely place to relax after a hard day of traipsing around the sights.
Our son stayed with us for a couple of nights and it was comfortable enough for three.
We think it's the place to stay in warsaw.

  • It's not in the heart of Warsaw - it's quite a trek to the old town. Be that as it may, it was OK.

The note of welcome said that because neighbors were doing construction during the day, Bartosz left some Polish drinks in the fridge. There was one can of beer and a bottle of Prosecco. Sigh. Then, on the first morning, we were woken up at 7:45 am! by the drilling next door! Drillling at 7:45! Bartoz was good enough to get it to stop by noon, but the damage had been done!

Also, the Nespresso coffee machine was terrific but there were TWO capsules, so we had to go buy our own Nepresso coffee (or drink the freeze-dried coffee Bartosz had left in the cabinet - there was no normal coffee machine!).

Nice enough place, but won't be back.

  • Bartosz's apartment is fantastic - it made me feel super cool to stay there whilst all my colleagues checked into boring expensive hotels in Warsaw. The apartment has everything you need for a long or short stay. I was a little hesitant about the location because it seems quite far from the centre on the map - but I was wrong. About 200 metres from the apartment building is the Gdansk metro station, and it gets you to the Centrum station in about 10 mins for less than one Euro. Also cool is the Arkadia Mall, which have a massive Carrefour for shopping and masses of other shops, 5 mins from apartment on foot. The apartment building has its own 'mini' market which has everything you need, plenty of vodka ;-) I can also recommend the restaurant also in the apartment building 'gdazka smaka' or something - try the gnocchi - delicious. Taxi from airport to the apartment expect 40-50 Zlt. The only thing to bear in mind is that the shower cubicle is very modern, but quite revealing - just in case you share the apartment with someone you don't know very well. I couldn't get on with the tassels that split the toilet from the rest of the bathroom, one followed me almost to the living room one day, not sure what it was stuck to ;-)

  • Great apartment, excellent communication and the bottle if vodka was a welcome gift, if not the start of things to come!!! Great location and simple and easy access and egress. Would highly recommend.

  • Thank you Bartosz! My girlfriend and I had the most incredible stay at the Modern Luxurious apartment. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and spacious with all the necessities we could possibly ask for. The presence of the balcony was also fantastic and provided a great view to the outside. We very much appreciated your hospitality, co-operation and flexibility to enable us to enter and leave the apartment at the times of our convenience. Bartosz has been very polite, helpful and responsive throughout - most highly recommended host and apartment. 5 stars.

  • Thank you so much for Bartosz for offering this amazing apartment. I didn't think it was possible, but the apartment is actually NICER than even the photos! :-) It's large and spacious, very modern and funky, well-located and was spotlessly clean. Bartosz's assistant Anna met me at the apartment exactly at the appointed time, and told me some important things about the apartment and the area - particularly directions, which were very helpful! The apartment is located nearby the Old Town (about 10-12 minutes' walk) and also a short walk from a major shopping mall - which was great for supplies. There is also a tram line running outside the apartment building, but I didn't use the tram myself - though they seemed to be very regular. The apartment building is very safe with a pincode entry at the lobby. I loved my short time in Warsaw and would absolutely go back.

  • Bartosz is a very good host! Very nice, friendly and supportive. He is super responsive, we maintained contact while he was on a business trip in Singapore! The apartment looks even better comparing to photos and we've chosen it to host a small Airbnb Press Event, with Airbnb co-founder Nathan Blecharczyk attending. This property is very unique and as it is on 7th floor, it provides really nice view from the spacious balcony. Both myself and the whole Airbnb team visiting Poland were very satisfied with our choice of Bartosz's apartment and his support!

  • I really had a great stay at Bartosz' place. Communications were easy starting to the point to the booking till I came back to Berlin. I receive exactly what I saw in the pictures. Very secure building with security code. There are train and tram stations both side. Supermarket is 10 mins away. There is a big soccer stadium 5 min away. You can even see the play ground from the balcony. Aowsome!. Apartment is on the 7th floor. But oyu get access to it in 1min with the elevator. Very spacious , comfortable elevator. You will be more than happy to stay and come back. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much Bartosz for making my stay unforgettable.

  • Have stayed at the most expensive hotels in Warsaw but this apartment beats the lot. Bartosz could teach the hotel designers a thing or two! Apartment is large, gorgeous and has a great terrace for chilling and the wifi works like a dream which cannot be said for the hotels in Warsaw. The location is great - close to Old Town and Arkadia shopping mall and the metro and tram are just over the road and take you into the Palace of Culture and Science area. Supermarket just over the road from the building and the new OPI manicure and pedicure salon around the corner is fabulous. If public transport is not your thing ( and it isn't my idea of a good time) then use the driver Piotr's services - he is great.
Bartosz 's apartment is the only place to stay in Warsaw!
