A warm & welcoming room in an antique-style decor house. You will have plenty of space and privacy staying with me in my home. Located in a lovely area, my spacious house is nice with a cozy atmosphere. Free WiFi will be available.

Guest access
Guests can use the shared living room with TV (Netflix, Hulu). There is a share fridge accessable. All of the kitchen equipment (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker) may be used, but I expect my guests to clean up after themselves. :) WiFi is free.. Check in is at 5:00 unless arranged 24 hrs ahead of time

During your stay
I am very open and outgoing. Over the years I have had a lot of foreign exchange students staying at my house who I loved talking to. I love to get to know new people from different cultures and countries.

Other things to note
We do have two lovely geriatric Siberian Huskies. They love to meet new arrivals and get the extra attention. They never Visit the guest room. It is off their boundary. Everyone that has stayed with us have loved them also!!!

This area is a very nice safe community. Walking distance light rail, mall and movie theaters. Light rail can get you down town Denver very quickly.

I like to spend time with my guests
I work full time a Mom of two (1 son and 1 daughter). I love talking to people and I have had experience with a lot of foreign exchange students, who lived at my house. I like going to the movies, listening to good music and spending time with my family.
