My husband & I love modern beach design, the property is in a great location and is so close to all of Port Macquarie`s best surfing beaches. Harry`s Lookout is directly across the road with direct access to Shelly Beach. A very modern holiday house.

The space

Renovated townhouse located directly across from Harry`s Lookout and central to all of Port Macquarie`s best surfing beaches, The Shelly Beach Bungalow is an immaculately presented, contemporary townhouse furnished with modern furniture designs, modern kitchen and a well stocked bookcase with numerous magazines, books and games.
This 2 story 3 bedroom bungalow has been fastidiously renovated and has a sun drenched balcony, deck and a green tropical garden with well maintained lawn.

Guests have access to 100% of the townhouse.

Interaction with guests

We live only a couple of streets away so we are usually available for tips on the best surf breaks, restaurants, cafe`s and local attractions or if you simply need any assistance relating to the house.

Other things to note

There are bbq facilities and a well stocked beach shack with surf boards and fishing & beach equipment for all guests to use.
A high chair, port a cot and child security gate can be provided upon request.

If you cannot return the accommodation back to its original condition then a $200 cleaning fee will apply.
No parties permitted and no loud noise after 10pm - sorry but there is also a strict No-Schoolies policy. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please report any damage to the townhouse or inclusions to the hosts on the day of damage or breakage. Sorry, no pets allowed.
All interior furniture to stay indoors and visa versa.

Bedroom linen can be replaced for stays longer than 7 days if requested.

We had such a positive experience. Rita was really quick to reply to our enquiry - which was perfect as we booked last minute. The location was perfect for us and the accommodation really comfortable. The beds and pillows were great, really nice shower and the lounge was comfy to stretch out on at the end of the day. We were also so impressed with the extra lovely touches like some grocery items Rita had provided for us and lovely shampoo, conditioner etc. All those little touches made our stay easy. Thanks so much Rita for a lovely stay - we'd love to come back and would highly recommend as a place for a couple (as we travelled) or a family or 2 couples.

Very well decorated, comfortable sofa, great TV, well appointed kitchen with bonus coffee, spices etc provided. Well lit living area and nice outdoor balcony. Desk was also very convenient if you need to do any work. No complaints..Had great beachy feel to it...

Quite two floor house, just across the road is the beach. Rita came to the house before our arrival and opened the heater as it was bit cold! So warm from her! There were many things for breakfast, the fridge was full! We loved the place. Pity we didn't stay longer. Recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Rita!
