Offering two bedroom self catering accommodation in an ideal location for both leisure and business travellers, Croob View is the ideal launch pad for those travelling around, or the perfect resting spot for those seeking something more tranquil. One of the newest Northern Ireland Cottages, Croob View is sure to impress.
The downstairs bedroom is fitted with a Super King bed to allow you to spread out, and the upstairs has double and bunk beds with its own en-suite for the kids.
Our attached leisure area has Table Tennis, Pool and Fussball Tables and outside we have a Trampoline. For those with green fingers are developing our own garden in which you are welcome to pick the fruit and vegetables in season, or join in the planting and pruning out of season.

We are in the countryside, a five minute drive from the historic village of Hillsborough, or 8 minutes from the main arterial routes North, South, East & West. 30 mins to Belfast, 90 mins to Dublin, 35 mins to Airports.
We are environmentally friendly. Solar Panels, Rainwater Harvesting, Heat Recovery System, Air Source Heat Pump, Vegetable Garden for your use. Take of on the bike into the middle of nowhere on quiet country roads or for a gentle scenic stroll.
While we are responsible for ensuring the cleaning of all accommodation between bookings, the apartment must still be left in a clean condition; in particular, the kitchen including all cutlery, crockery, pans, fridge, microwave, cooker and hob. Should anything not be up to a reasonable standard (and therefore need more of our time for cleaning), then an amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
Arrival & Departure
Standard arrival times are between 3:00 p.m. and 8 p.m. each day. Departure times are no later than 11:00 a.m. on the final day. These times can be flexible subject to prior arrangement. Please advise us of your approximate arrival time prior to your stay.

Acceptance of Children
We welcome children of all ages.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. We ask that you report any incidents as they occur. All breakages must be reported to us and paid for. We will deduct from the security/damages deposit the cost of repair or making good the damage or breakage and we may make an additional charge of £10.00 if you did not report this.
We do not accept any liability for any; damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions. On arrival you will find a welcome pack, providing instructions for operating all equipment safely including the stove and trampoline. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the operation and Health & Safety implications of all equipment before use. The individual or company booking is solely responsible for the whole party. Assignees and sub-tenants are prohibited. No more than the stated number may stay in each property. Breach of this rule will terminate the contract without recompense to the client.
Drumlin Lane is strictly NO SMOKING. If evidence of smoking within the premises is found, a £100 fee will be levied. Guests are welcome to smoke outside, under the leisure area canopy. Please be responsible in the disposal of your cigarette butts.
Parking is available on site
We reserve the right to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the comfort of others, without recompense
We reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time.
Beautiful well appointed home with everything we needed including home made shortbread and jam left for us on arrival. Clear instructions on how to use all appliances etc. We had a great three nights here, time to recharge the batteries, do the washing, relax and still do lots of sightseeing.
Glen est un hôte très chaleureux et attentionné. Son logement est de grand confort, 4 étoiles, tant par la qualité des matériaux employés que par le choix des meubles et de la décoration. L’accueil est parfait, nous avons particulièrement apprécié dés notre arrivé les biscuits et la confiture maison (merci à la maman de Glen et à ses talents de cuisinière) du beurre et du lait dans le frigo et du pain de mie pour déjeuner et en prime l’accès au jardin potager ! Le beau temps nous à permis de faire un barbecue sur la terrasse, après avoir fait une partie de billard. C’est un endroit particulièrement bien situé , le calme de la campagne tout prés de Belfast. Nous étions 5 adultes et notre seul regret c’est de n’avoir pas pu rester plus longtemps, nous n’avions pas envie de repartir de cet havre de paix. Ce logement est aussi idéal pour une famille avec des enfants, une salle de jeux est à la disposition des adultes et des enfants (billard, table de ping-pong, babyfoot et de nombreux jeux) Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse et nous espérons y revenir un jour, dans tous les cas nous recommanderons ce logement autour de nous.
