Our rules are few and simple, but please ensure you follow them while you are staying in our home - thank you.
Please clear up your rubbish including wine and beer bottles and bin it. Please use coasters - unfortunately, previous Air BnB's have marked the wood on my piano and dining table by not following this rule.

We love our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum. No loud music and please don't use the garden for parties / loud chats after 11pm.

Our house has nice furniture, pictures, books, garden and so on. We hope you will enjoy them as much as we do. The house was well located in vibrant Hove, close to shops and eateries and a short walk from the beach. We received a warm welcome from Kristin and Richard who were very helpful and accomodating. The house is spacious enough to sleep 6 adults in 3 comfy double beds. It is also nicely furnished and very clean. Thanks for a lovely stay!
House was really lovely. Location was great. Generally very happy. Host was very helpful and organised.
Few small issues:
1. One of the beds was advertised as a double, but in fact was a large single - not big enough for 2 adults comfortably.
2. Shower only in down stairs bathroom and was very tight space.
Would stay again no problem.
Hi Ken - thanks for your feedback. We glad you had a good time.
Regarding the bed, I promise you it is a double, from Warren Evans (check it out - (website hidden)).
Can I ascertain from your comments that you one of those lovely, tall Irish men? xxSighxx
Thanks for being wonderful guests; we hope to host you again.

About the Host, Kristin
We have a lovely 3 story Victorian house two streets from a quiet sea front, complete with cycling lanes and great bus routes "into town". Additionally, we can boast a great pizza and ice cream sea-side establishment that is less than a mile from our home. Top takeaways if you feel like an easy night in. No TV, but tons of books! (If you really, really need TV, I can lend you our Ipad or laptop).
We love films and books and happy to talk about both over a glass of wine or two (or herbal tea!).
Please note this is a nice room in a family house.
If you are sharing the house with us, we are as quiet as we can be but if you are used to late nights and later mornings, our bustling to get out of the house in the morning may disturb your sleep.
If you are renting out the whole house, we have three bedrooms: one with a super kingsize bed and the other two with a double bed.
Please remember if you are driving, the fee is an additional £2.60 per day for an on-street parking permit that we will supply to on arrival.
Thank you! We look forward to meeting you.
