Keep life simple while restoring at our peaceful and comfortable centrally-located home with a private fenced yard and an old-school kitchen ideal for gathering with old friends, extended family or for a personal retreat. Walking distance to amazing trails as well as Whole Foods and a host of great restaurants. Mountain biking, pickle ball, volleyball and tennis courts, a skate and mountain biking park and our community pool with epic views are all nearby. EV charger available!

The space
Our cozy home features a large great room with a Mexican-tile kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and a wooden deck. The main floor features a master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bath, fireplace, and deck. There is a large guest bedroom with a queen bed, work desk, and a full bathroom with a walk-in Mexican-tile shower.

Downstairs is a separate, lockable apartment with one bedroom (queen bed) and kitchen. Additionally, there is a fold-out sofa that sleeps two.

Each level has its own floor-level parking area. The private, fenced yard is great for pets. There are two dedicated desks for working; one each in the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms - plus a mini desk that goes anywhere.

The home features two fireplaces, but please note that we do not allow fires. We have provided some beautiful pillar candles for atmosphere! We also have an upright piano that you are welcome to use.

We have a brand-new HVAC system with separate thermostat controls for upstairs and downstairs, for your comfort and convenience.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house. You can also book the downstairs unit separately.

Other things to note
The entire house is yours. You can use the same-level parking on both levels. The downstairs unit is connected to the upstairs through a stairway that will be unlocked during your stay.

We offer EV owners a 240-volt 40-amp home charger with J-plug (J1772) for fast overnight charging. Just let us know in advance so we can switch it on!

TODDLERS:
• For toddlers, a folding "Lotus" Travel Crib by Guava is available.
• We also have a child safety gate that you can install at the top of the stairs.
• The outside balcony is not safe for toddlers or small children.


CUSTOMER COMMENTS

**The lock on the sliding doors can be a bit fiddly. Based on customer feedback, we have produced an instruction sheet and a video on how to lock and unlock them. The same goes for the sliding door upstairs; we recommend simply using the wooden "Charley bar" when you go out.

**The hallway connecting the downstairs living/dining/kitchen area with the bathroom/bedroom area has two separate steps. Based on customer feedback, we have marked these clearly, but please do be aware!

**Sometimes critters have been found inside the home. Based on customer feedback, we strongly urge you not to leave the doors and windows open unless they have screens!

From the host

Ours is one of the only neighborhood in Sedona that offers easy access to walking and biking trails, the community pool, as well as shops & restaurants. You truly don't need your car here - though you may want one to access some of the other beautiful areas of the region.

Within two blocks you have access to:

Possee Grounds Park (pool, tennis courts, mountain biking skill course, dog park)
Sedona Shuttle (free) for access to major trails in the area
Whole Foods
Several great restaurants including Stagecoach, Vespa Italian, Chokola Tree, Tortas De Fuego, and Hiro's Sushi

There is also a beautiful new trail that leads directly from Possee Grounds Park to the Soldier's Pass trailhead one mile away from where you can access Teacup, Soldier's Pass, Cibola Pass, and Brins Mesa trails. All of these beautiful hikes/bikes/runs are accessible directly from our house, no need for a car.
