Sarah's place was nice and cozy. It's extremely private and quiet for a couple. Sarah was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating of our giant dog. The bed might be a little tight for two people though if you're used to a little more space.
We were first-time AirBnB'ers and somewhat unsure of what to expect, but Sarah was very welcoming and gracious and made us feel right at home and provided helpful suggestions for our winter trip. Room and bath had all items working and were well heated with individual room thermostats. Room are bath are both very private, and the location is well suited for anything in North Tahoe area. Thanks for making our first AirBnB experience pleasant and comfortable!
My girlfriend and I stayed for 2-nights at Sarah's place in Incline Village while skiing at nearby resorts. The location was excellent and we were able to drive to Mt. Rose in about 20-minutes. Diamond Peak was even closer. There were several good restaurants within a mile or two as well. The suite itself is a cozy bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom that feels like your own separate apartment. It's a rental room in a larger residence, but it's very private. I would stay here again.
Room was comfortable and clean. Sarah's directions to the place were very good. The location is great- very close to hiking and biking trails and the lake.
Sarah provided detailed instruction on how to find her place. She took time to greet me and followed up with request for any help I might need in getting around Tahoe. The place was quiet. Thanks Sarah.
We stayed in a few places over the week before we got to Sarah's. At first we we were worried about privacy since it was the first that wasn't private ( as in separated, the room is private with private bath ) but I think we'd say it was actually the most comfortable and the place felt great to come back to. She's definitely added a great touch to make guest feel comfortable.
The location was great - about 1 mile away from the beach in Incline Village. Sarah was very hospitable, although we did not meet her. She left activity and dining suggestions and gave us privacy. Just a note before you book though -- I'm pretty sure this was a double bed and not a queen (in the smaller of her two listed rooms), so be aware of if you're planning on sharing. Otherwise, the room and amenities were as described. Sarah is great at communication and was flexible with check-in!

I live as an artist - nature photographer and large format 'elemental essence' painter and photographer -- Lover of the mountains and the jewel of the sierra's - Lake Tahoe which is at 6250 ft. Magnificent surroundings inspired me to live simply with integrity, love, and consciousness; and my home is filled with color, light, and love. Joyful friends from around the world visit here and return to play in the snow and trees, mountain paths, streams, and crystal clear waters of Lake Tahoe. My home is your retreat from the hustle and bustle of the urban life; yet, filled with creativity and opportunities to be active -- it is your choice. I came for a month to Lake Tahoe and stayed 13 years full time --enjoying the air clarity, active and artistic community of people, good restaurants, varied seasons, and opportunities to go deep into the beauty, inside and out. I live in a quiet, peaceful, and tranquil environment - where one can go out to the entertainment activities locally: boating, kayaking, bicycling, skiing, hiking, restaurants, and more.
