Introducing a great place to come home to in Clinton Hill after taking in all of the sites of NYC. Clinton Hill is known to have some of the prettiest brownstones in Brooklyn and is worth a nice walk around its tree-lined streets. Plus it's surrounded by some amazing sites all within a short walking distance. If you are not into the walking thing a car service can get you to most places under 10 minutes.
The living space is a modern year old building decorated with the color and fun. The living space features extremely high ceilings (16 ft.). This combined with the glass doored French balcony makes this place glow with amazing light until sundown. The leather sectional and glass coffee table help complete this giant sun room.
I am a big fan of art and have the work of my friends across the walls. Feel free to browse my cataloged vintage magazines and books.
If you get bored with the written word or had a long day of exploration in NY watch the 47 inch Flatscreen TV on the wall with over 700 channels and HBO.
The brand new bathroom features a stone counter with deep porcelain base. The deep base matches the high tub that dares you not to take a bath in it.
I have an open-space kitchen with a great finished stone counter. Plenty of cabinet space with a self-closing liquor shelf. It comes with plenty of plates, pans and tupperware for leftovers. For the cleanup you can bypass the manual labor and use the dishwasher.
The bedroom features a Sealy Posturepedic bed with memory foam that will be hard to leave in the morning.. It will also has a large Wardrobe closet
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE:
Along with the french balcony I also have a private outdoor space on the roof directly above me. Everyone calls it the little suburbs because of its serene feel. It has a full set of furniture and a Weber Grill to test your BBQ skills.
If anyone knows new york these are harder to find than a unicorn in most places. Don't worry about dragging your clothes blocks to find a laundry.
The building is a new one that was finished less than a year ago. It is clean and quiet. Its only 16 units so it has a less industrial human-warehouse feel.
I live on a nice quiet block that is lucky to be surrounded by a lot of beautiful homes, tree-lined streets and great places to visit. I am a 15 minute walk to the Barclays. A 20 minute walk to the BK museum and the Botanical Garden. A quick train ride to BAM.
Its also a 7 minute cab ride to Williamsburg. 10 minute walk to Fort Green and Park Slope.
A quick 7 minute walk to two different subways G and C. You can be in New York City in 15 minutes. Its an 8 minute train ride to trendy Williamsburg.
There are so many restaurants to enjoy in the area. Below are a few of mine. If you don't like these take a quick walk to Vanderbilt St or Bergen St. Where you will have your pick at awesome places for anything you like.
