Designed by the architect of our family, our mom, the apartment beautifully blends with the picturesque surroundings of bougainvillea flowers and olive groves of Sarandë.
The space
This apartment offers a great vacation for couples (5 adults - there are 3 double debs available) and couples with kids (2 adults with 2 or 3 kids). It has:
- 1 living room (w. 1 double bed, 1 sleeper sofa),
- 1 loft area (1 double bed)
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed),
- a very large balcony in the living room,
- a balcony in the bedroom,
- 1 kitchen + a dining table,
- 1 bathroom, with all the necessary amenities.
The apartment is part of the Bougainville Bay resort, which gives you access to the entire complex, 5 different pools (inc. rooftop and saltwater), a private beach, underground parking, bars, high-end restaurants, a fitness club and more.
NOTE: Use of the resort amenities require paying a daily fee per person as they belong to the resort and not to our private apartment. Our guests get a discount as part of our apartment, which is a private residency in the resort.

For detail-oriented guests, in the following, we have described the apartment in detail.
- The living room is spacious and has large top to bottom ceilings, with a modern sofa, which is big enough for a person to sleep, a lounge chair, 1 very beautiful double bed used for sleeping or lounging. The living room has an all-around sea view via a large balcony which is accessible through the balcony doors and has amenities like a Smart TV (with Netflix), Wifi, casual books and more.
- The living room has also a loft used for storage or for working away from the children. This loft is not intended to be climbed and down by young children so parents should be careful about it.
- Once you step out on the balcony/patio, the most beautiful views, sunsets and sunrises can be found. You can choose to eat your meals with a view, or just casually lounge on the sunbed that's provided with the accommodation. The awesome fact is that you'll be able to see the Greek Corfu island from the balcony, which is 5 miles away from the place by boat.
- If you are a fan of indoor cooking, we have a modern kitchen with all utilities, including a dishwasher, freezer and refrigerator. The modern kitchen kits carefully selected by our mom will also serve to decorate your dining table for a pleasant meal with your loved ones.
- The 1-bed bedroom is comfy and can be cooled with our modern A/C equipment. If you need extra space, we have an additional portable bed for your kids or guests. We provide a set of covers on the bed, and a spare one if you are to stay for more than 2 nights. The bedroom has all the amenities like hangers and a clothing iron to make you look good.
- The bathroom is new and modern, and we offer the basic cleaning products that you will need during your stay at the accommodation. If you need to refreshen your clothes, we also have a new washing machine for your use.

Important note for guests:
The end of May to Late September is considered the summer season for Albania. This is the time when you expect most of the venues and property-specific amenities to be available.
Everything else is up to the local businesses and their decision-making regarding when to keep running or not, and we won't take responsibility if they are not.
Additionally, NOTE that the amenities offered outside of our apartment, i.e. the swimming pools, etc. are not included in the price per night you pay via Airbnb. However, you do get a discount for using the amenities of the resort as a member of our private apartment.
