Absolutely a great location for discovering different parts of Copenhagen.
Either you are a couple, a small family or some friends, you will be happy staying in this apartment.
Quiet and friendly neighborhood; The apartment has an attractive green backyard where residents of the building enjoy summertime. Being located in a side street to main traffic roads, that will lead you to wherever you wish to go in and around the city, you will easily feel home in quiet surroundings.
And with the old charming and lively Jægersborgade quarter being only 7 min. away by walk you have yourself a nice base for experiencing the full potential of Copenhagen life.
In Jægersborggade you will find more café's, speciality shops, a quality danish bakery, New Nordic restaurants (michelin stars), vintage shops etc.. and the unique Assistens Cemetery that functions both as an active cemetery and a park for the people to be used in everyday life. Being in this area, remember to enjoy some of the very best products; coffee (The Coffee Collective), beer (Mikkeller) and ice-cream (Isværket) !!
The apartment is situated in a classic and well kept building from 1913, with original details and massive wooden planks.
The apartment comes with a full functioning kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, stove, toaster, blender, microwave, electric kettle, etc.) and washing machine, a living room with sofa, armchair and dining area, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140x200cm), an office/extra sleeping space where our 2 spare mattresses will fit in if in need of more sleeping space. We have a full extra set of duvets and pillows as well.
The apartment has free high speed wireless wifi, cable TV and washing machine.
As a guest, you are of course welcome to use things from the kitchen such as; spices, oils, tea, coffee, etc..
We will provide fresh linings and sheets, and have towels ready for you upon arrival.
You will find several grocery shops, an ATM, a 7/11-shop, and bus lines just outside the door connecting directly to city centre, central train station, the opera house, and Metro station (and thereby airport and the different areas of the city).
About public transportation we will recommend you to by a 2-zone card (10 trips) at the 7/11. That will bring you around pretty much all of Copenhagen half the price (14,50 DKK) compared to buying directly in the bus (be aware that you can not buy a ticket in the S-trains and Metro - you have to buy before).
If you bring a car there is a free parking area which is always available 50 m from the apartment.
If you decide to book we will happily provide a custom made guide to our favorite things to do and see in and around Copenhagen. Please tell us about your preferences and we will help you find what is on while visiting, just as we will help you with directions on how to get to the apartment depending on transportation - regardless your type of transportation you will find this easy.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

I couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome to Copenhagen. Sisse & Martin are wonderful hosts and the apartment is beautiful! Felt right at home.
The apartment is very spacious, has great amenities, and is in the perfect location. Super close to anywhere you'd want to go in Copenhagen. Grab coffee in the morning on Jægersborggade or hop on your bike down Åboulevard to the lakes. Or make coffee at home in the french press and sit in the courtyard and chat with friendly neighbors.
A great experience. I highly recommend Sisse & Martin's place!
This is a beautiful apartment which overlooks the shared garden/courtyard. My children played out there for hours and we even had dinner out on one of the picnic tables there. The house is clean and really comfortable.
