The space
Downstairs - Here you can gather all together in the open space. Filled with natural light, this kitchen offers seating for 4 at the quartz island, plenty of room to cook stocked with most kitchen necessities. There is a convenient 1/2 bath and cozy living room with a SMART TV and easy to use gas Fireplace.

Upstairs -
Master BED- The king-sized bedroom includes full closet, two bedside tables with lamps and AC unit for the summer. This room is directly across from the full bathroom.
Small BED#2 - This smaller bedroom offers full size bed with AC unit

Guest access
Parking is right at the rear of the house. If you arrive at night, the light motion sensing light on the side come on automatically upon your arrival. To exit, you can back into the parking space.

Everything you might need is within 1 block. Coffee, Ice Cream and conveniences next door at Stewarts, delicious pizza, wings and salads a few buildings North across the street (Cronies) and behind Stewarts (or walk through the back parking) to reach CP's family restaurant where the ambiance is unrivaled with its Antique/Americana Décor.

Other things to note
Near Fire Department, we have a small village of about 1000 people and although rare, it is possible the siren may go off if there is an emergency,
