2000 sq ft all brick ranch in quiet waterfront community. Great getaway for the whole family! Way off the beaten path with amazing sunsets from the private community beach just across the unmarked street. Feels like home!

Very open with great flow, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, tv room on the end with 2 full size futons, ping pong room and everything you need for a quaint, quiet weekend of kayaking, canoeing, board games, sitting around the fire pit etc. It's what the Rivah is all about.

We are a down to earth, hard working couple who has been together for 18 years! We have a 14 year old son who is the air we breathe...we all love to travel. Toured Italy on our honeymoon and swore we would always return but then the boy arrived and made that a little difficult. Now he's old enough to explore the world!
