This exquisite three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence is the perfect destination for a Sedona retreat, whether you're planning a getaway with friends, a romantic escape, a business trip, or anything in between. Hummingbird's Heaven offers all the comforts and relaxation you desire indoors, while the outdoor area features a sauna, outdoor shower, and large swim spa/hot tub with an endless swim current. All of this can be enjoyed against the stunning backdrop of Sedona's iconic red rock formations.

The space
INSIDE TRANQUILITY:

Our property offers amazing views of Sedona and is centrally located in the heart of the town. It is perfect for families or small groups as it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the rooms is a den with bunk beds, making it ideal for children or extra guests. The highlight of our property is the outdoor space, which includes a large outdoor patio complete with a fire pit, a unique outdoor shower and an infrared sauna and a swim spa for ultimate relaxation.

OUTSIDE TRANQUILITY:
Discover the ultimate retreat in our outdoor relaxation space featuring a unique swim spa. This innovative amenity combines the luxury of a hot tub and the spaciousness of a pool, offering an exceptional experience. Imagine a generously sized hot tub, longer and wider than usual, equipped with a current that allows for seamless swimming.

Enjoy the benefits of hydrotherapy in our warm, heated water, available for year-round use. Complementing the swim spa, you’ll find an outdoor shower and sauna conveniently located nearby, perfect for relaxation any time of the year. Surrounded by lush plants and breathtaking views of the red rocks, this tranquil setting promises to enhance your stay with comfort and natural beauty.

Other things to note
** During your stay as a guest, the receipt of mail or personal packages at the property is not permitted. Should you choose to disregard this policy, we cannot accept responsibility for any issues that arise if you check out to have a package sent directly to you. We recommend utilizing an Amazon drop box or sending your packages directly to the Sedona post office instead.**

*We charge a $100 fee per stay to heat the SwimSpa to over 90 degrees during your stay.*

*The Sauna cannot be on for more than 2 hours MAXIMUM*


Please be patient. Sauna takes about 30 to 60 minutes to heat up.
Press the “Power” button once.

The POWER light will come on, the TIME DISPLAY will show 90 (minutes), the TEMPERATURE DISPLAY should show 150 degrees, and the control panel will flash.

Press the the up/down (time) arrows to adjust the amount of time you want the sauna to remain on. Press the up/down (temperature) arrows to adjust the temperature setting.

You can also adjust time and temperature once the sauna has started heating.

Press the “start/stop work” button. You will need to pre-heat the sauna room to the set temperature before entering.

Please keep in mind that you will increase the time it takes for the sauna room to reach the set temperature if you enter the sauna room before it has reached the set temperature.

The set-up time will count downward in minutes one by one.
Generally, it will take approximately twenty to thirty minutes to preheat the sauna to 50 degrees Celsius / 122 degrees Fahrenheit.

When the ambient temperature is low, heating requires additional time. Sauna max temperature is around 150 degrees Fahrenheit.

Reading lamps and/or roof lamps are operated by pressing the “Reading Lamp” or “Exterior Lamp” buttons located on the control panel.

Chromotherapy/Color Therapy Lighting can be operated as follows: While pointing the remote at the ceiling light, you can press any of the colors on the remote and that color will be displayed. You can use the SHADE button on the remote to go through a sequence of colors.

For music: You first will need to pair your device with the sauna room. Open your device’s Settings Menu and then locate and open Bluetooth. You will find “Bluetooth”. Now you can pair your device with “Bluetooth”.

If you are prompted to enter a passcode, try entering 0000 or 1234. Once pairing is successful, your device will be connected.

**Please note that you must unpair/disconnect from Bluetooth if your sauna model has the optional MP3 Jack at the ceiling and you choose to use the Aux Wire to connect to the speaker system.

If you need to reset the Bluetooth/Aux system, you can do so by turning the sauna OFF for five minutes.
