Relax and unwind at this beautiful Hamilton Cove condo close to beach. Enjoy a full bedroom and bath, kitchen, and dedicated inside laundry. Roam around Avalon in our included golf cart. Cook meals in the full-size kitchen and dine outdoors on a spacious balcony. Our condo is in popular building 9 which is close to the pool, spa, gym, 18-hole mini-golf, tennis and badminton in a 24/7 guarded community! The 4-person max is strictly enforced due to island rules. Infant <12 months is okay as 5th.

Travel insurance is recommended. I will refund all or part your insurance cost, up to 20% of your nightly rate for all nights, or early check in, or late checkout, as available (subject to housekeeping schedule, and we do our best to accommodate!). Look up Airbnb's travel insurance, find your own coverage through your credit card, or any other insurer, to cover a refund in case of boat or helicopter cancellation that delays getting you to the island. Occasional winter storms can come through, and we have to adjust. The Catalina express boats do their best to provide exceptional transportation services, but sometimes they cancel boat departures, for safety reasons. We do not guarantee nor promote a specific coverage. You're encouraged to shop around and ask airbnb about options. We want you to feel good about booking, and we know you have more choices in the winter months. Read Airbnb's travel insurance policy, or chat with Airbnb to make sure you find the right policy for you.

Winter is still a great time to visit! We often have good weather, and while some businesses have limited schedules and hours, its a great opportunity to enjoy the peaceful environment and amenities of the Hamilton Cove complex. Its a completely different vibe compared to summer. Quiet and cozy.

While the living room does feature 2 additional bed options, please note that our permit only allows up to 4 guests (with exception for infants).

Extra beds are great for friend groups or families with older children who want their own beds, but don't want to rent (or cannot find) a larger home.

Our entire place (nearly 1,000 square feet) is included: bedroom, bath, walk-in closet, kitchen, family room, dining area and balcony. Most balconies are open to adjacent properties, but people tend to keep to themselves. Newly added inflatable paddle boards (SUP) with paddles, for use on the private beach. Also available equipment for Tennis and mini golf, waterproof phone cases for beach and swimming/paddling, beach/pool towels, toys, tote, hair dryer & styling tool.

Other things to note
Details reflecting HOA rules will be provided. No smoking nor vaping allowed in the condo. The HOA restricts smoking in the pool or spa areas. While the golf cart is available to all guests, we do require that guests have a valid driver's license and their own liability insurance, and we do ask that you show proof, before key to golf cart is made available.
