This holiday house was recently renovated into a beautiful and practical farmhouse. It is an ideal accommodation for groups or large families. What was a large mill room is now a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and recreational area with cable TV and a DVD player. Three of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. There is another separate bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a washing machine. From the top floor there is access to a terrace with some lovely country views. There is free Wi-Fi. There is also a baby crib, iron and ironing board.

The village square is just a few minutes away. There you can find all basic amanitas. This house is away from touristy areas. Staying at this house will give you a memorable village-life experience. Your neighbours will mostly be fishermen and farmers! Since Gozo is a small island you can visit any on the villages and beaches in just a few minutes. The capital city of Gozo is called Victoria. There you can find museums, attractions, shopping, cinema, parks...etc. If you are looking for anything in particular please don't hesitate to ask!
Getting to the house is easy. We normally suggest to our visitors to book an airport mini-van transfer that will take you from the airport in Malta, to the house in Gozo. We can help you with this. If you want to rent a car or jeep, you can also book it with the same company. There are always parking spots available outside the house.
Renting a car is obviously the best option to explore Gozo. But if you do not want to rent a car you can use Gozo's public transport. The bus network in Gozo is very efficient and cheap! You can use it to visit all the major attractions and beaches on the island. There is a bus-stop just a short walk away from this property.

Our arrival went smoothly and the house and pool were the perfect. We had one of the most relaxed weeks ever in this delightful place!
We had a wonderful holiday in the farmhouse and found Michael and Petrina to be extremely friendly and helpful. The house is lovely and pool is great for sunny afternoons. Air-con in the rooms is also good for sleeping on warm nights. Overall, a beautiful house in a lovely village with a friendly, peaceful atmosphere.
We finally arrived in Gharb at 1am due to the frequency of ferries after 10pm.
Petrina waa happy to wait for us and gave us a warm welcome. Petrina had provided us with some basics like milk, bread and ham to get us started which was really appreciated the next morning.
The farmhouse itself is wonderful. Beautifully kept, and showcases lots of knick knacks so that you can imagine it as a working farm.
The swimming pool was lively albeit freezing cold in May but that didn't stop us from enjoying it.
Gharb is a quiet village, with the exception of church bells and goats! A small selection of good restaurants in the village square and the surrounds. Ample parking space and a good little supermarket.
A wonderful relaxing stay. Thank you.
Our host was most hospitable and ensured we were comfortable. The house is wonderful and is exactly as described in the Airbnb description. The house accommodated our family well and was spacious. Gharb is quiet and conveniently located. We used local transit -which was incredibly efficient.
We had an awesome week on Gozo, The village of Gharb is really peaceful and very beautiful. Our Hosts were very helpful and welcoming and we had everything we needed, the apartment was exactly as described if not more beautiful in person then in its description. would definatly recommend staying here to our friends.
