Indulge in the tranquility of Pinetop at this 3-bed+loft, 1.5-bath log cabin surrounded by tall trees & nestled in a quiet community bordering the forest close to great dining, hiking, biking, fishing, skiing and more! The trailhead to Woodland Lake Park is located just steps from the property. Enjoy mornings sipping coffee on the porch while kids play on the play set. Spend nights w/ dinner on the grill, cozying up by the fireplace/TV, & roasting s'mores around the fire pit. High Speed WiFi!

Kids toys, an Xbox 360, and a TV are located upstairs for hours of entertainment. The TV stand includes an electric heater to keep warm through the cool winter nights.

Living: The living room features a large leather sofa and two elegant yet comfortable leather recliner chairs cozied up next to the wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy a movie on the smart TV or listen to tunes on the record player. Grab one of the extra blankets provided in the basket to keep warm through the cool nights. Free High Speed WiFi is provided for those who need to stay connected!

Dining: There is a large round wooden dining table that seats 6 located adjacent the kitchen and the living space. Dry goods or other groceries that don't need to be refrigerated can be placed on the corner nook located next to the dining table.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features a double electric oven, stovetop, microwave, double sink with cutting board and drying rack, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, and a coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee makers.

Outside: The front and back porches are fully furnished and the back porch featuring a gas BBQ grill. A fire pit is located in the backyard. When the weather is nice, grab a seat in one of the backyard chairs or picnic table and enjoy a cool beverage or meal with family/friends. The younger kids will love the play set. Pickleball paddles (courts are at Woodland Lake Park), horse shoes, corn hole, and a football are also provided.

*For our Summer bookings - We have a mini-split AC unit for the main area that keeps the property cool on even the warmest days. There are ceiling fans in every room as well.*

The trailhead to Woodland Lake Park is across the street from our property.
Woodland Lake is a 1/2 mile walk (about 12 minute walk on clearly marked trail)-- or a short drive :) --from our property.

***Disclaimer: There is a steep staircase that goes from the main level to the loft. While we believe most guests will find this to be suitable, it may not be suitable for those with lower mobility. Please check photos to see the staircase.

*Our property is regularly treated with pest control; however this property is in the mountains and as such has the same critters around that all mountain properties have. Mosquitoes and spiders may be occasionally found depending on time of year among other factors.

*While we do typically provide fuel for the bbq and fire pit (split wood and a filled propane tank is normally provided), we do not guarantee this will be the case for every stay. A tank is on site that may or may not have fuel in it from previous guests. Propane tanks can be filled at the Ace Hardware nearby. Please make sure to turn off tank handles when done.

*Our cabin is pet dander/allergen free*. While we love pets, we have small children with severe pet allergies, so we kindly do not allow pets of any kind inside of the cabin.

* Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 faces the front porch and entry, Camera 2 faces the back porch and entry. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.
