Darling Upper West Side studio located on stately West 79th Street a half block from the Natural History Museum and two blocks from Central Park. The location couldn't be better. It's situated on the ground floor facing a garden away from the street, so it's nice and quiet ... A wonderful oasis after touring the hectic city. This is the famous neighborhood from the movie"You've Got Mail!"
Great cafes, restaurants, bars and grocery stores on Broadway, Amsterdam and Columbus avenues. Near Lincoln Center and a block and a half to either the 1 or B/C subway lines and several bus lines, including the crosstown M79, M11 and M7. On Sundays, there are a wonderful farmer's market and flea market around the corner.
Comfortable, cozy and clean with nice light, equipped kitchen, double bed and bathtub (with lots of hot water!). No TV but wireless internet available. I add lots of little touches to make you feel at home -- such as coffee, tea, bottled water, chocolate, umbrellas. I provide bed linens, towels and soap. And feel free to use my cooking supplies, yoga mats, backpacks, etc. I work as a magazine writer, so I usually have all the recent issues of Elle, Oprah, Self, Vogue, Atlantic and New York on hand.
Very comfortable, clean and quiet little unit in a handy location in N.Y. Loved being near central park and the natural history museum. Thanks Sarah!

We spent the Easter weekend in NY and stayed at Saraha's charming place. The first 2 days were really cold, we appreciated the welcoming warmth of the place.
Everything was nice and clean, the position of the apt is great, several subways nearby and Central Park very close, also lots of restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner and we felt really safe in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Sarah's apartment over the Christmas and New York period. The location is perfect! A really safe area with some lovely places to eat out. Central Park is really close and so is the subway. Apartment was exactly as in the photos and was really warm, which was wonderful as the weather outside was freezing. Thanks Sarah for the thoughtful touches, like the chocolates and coffee.
