From Fiumicino Airport: take the Leonardo Express train (30 minutes) to Termini Train Station.
From Ciampino airport: take the Terravision bus (40 minutes after flight's arrival) to Termini Train Station.

We had a great time in Rome. Pigneto is the ideal place for everyone who wants to escape the busy tourist areas and experience the "true Rome". It is a great neighbourhood with lots of bars, restaurants and a great vibe. Perfect to chill out after a day of sight seeing. We met some lovely people and Aure gave us some great tips on where to go and what to see. The flat itself is quite basic but has everything you need. I would definitely come back and stay in Pigneto again.
Lovely apartment in a trendy area - weekend markets, great bars and restaurants, flea market once a month. Not too far from the old town, we ended up walking there everyday instead of taking public transport - 30-45 mins. Would definitely recommend to people looking to stay outside the touristy bits but still feel the holiday/party vibe, more of a local experience.
Great place, easy access to buses and trams, Aure gave us good suggestions.
The location is excellent for food and night life. Pignetto is a vibrant neighbourhood. litteraly 1 minute from the street market in the morning, that becomes bars and restaurants at night.
I would go back to this neighbourhood for sure. perhaps it is necessary to be a little open minded though as it is a young neighbourhood. But i think it can do for all.
We rested at the apartment Aura one week from 17 to 24 November.
Gorgeous flatlet for 2-3 people
Has everything you need for a comfortable stay in this wonderful city of Rome.
Very Roman Pigneto district, the real (not the tourist cafes and restaurants), near the center. I would definitely return here more than once.
Very grateful for our vacation Aure
Charming flat in a nice district of Rome!
It's situated near termini and the old center : so useful from/for the airport and to visit Rome on foot :)
Aure is a great host! Pigneto is perfect for young people, its cheap, cool and fun! Would definitely recommend Aure!
Our stay in Pigneto was really nice. The flat is close to Historic Centre (we walked few times to Colliseum) and at night we had a really nice time tasting wines and food until late night and the best thing is that everything is right at your doorstep! We felt safe in the neighbourhood and the area is not filled with tourists (like us :P ) which meant we could have local food at reasonable prices.
I had a great stay in Aure's apartment. The city centre is easy to reach by bus or tram. Pigneto, the neighbourhood of Aure's apartment reminded me a little of Berlin. Everyone is out on the streets when its getting dark, enjoying a drink or food with friends.
Aure is very helpful and friendly! Thanks.
Before I talk about the room itself, I should say that I really really appreciate the host Aurelia's kindness and hospitality during my stay. I stayed at her apartment with my mother for 3 days but I didn't have nothing other than two small sholder bags due to delayed baggages from Barcelona airport. (I could only find my luggages at Rome airport 3 days after arrival when I was about to leave for Paris) At the moment, she helped us to contact Roma airport and call the service center on behalf of me as my mobile phone was not properly working for unknown reasons. It was really impressed :)
For the apartment, the area was lively and the apartment was very clean and cute. There was 3-4 direct bus/trams going to Termini so it was easy to go anywhere in Rome in max 30-40 mins. Even though we felt like a nightmare regarding the delayed baggages, we were indeed happy for this gorgeous city as we stayed at this small paradise.
