This tiny home has trees surrounding the property and sits off the road. Yet it is only 4 miles from I-12 interstate livingston on/off ramp. It is located close to the town of Livingston where you will find groceries, hardware, restaurants, fuel, etc. Outdoor gazebo and fire pit in common area. It is centrally located between Hammond and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. An easy drive to everywhere you want to be! Plus, it’s fully loaded with everything you will need.

The space is so convenient with every thing you need. This is a brand new unit and you will love it. Great WIFI and smart TV.
