We received a very good welcome from really nice people.
The home is lovely and the rooms are clean. It is a little bit far from the city center but you can still do it by walking.
Yes, we had a very good stay actually.
For the first time in Dublin. My family and I have 4 lovely days in Avoca House. James and Audrey were very kind and helpful with us. The check in was late in the evening, but James waited for us. No problem for the check out late in the afternoon.
The room was tidy, quiet and clean. Good breakfast and Audrey was always smiling with us. Down town is 20 min walking and very close to B&B there are a typical pub, thai and indian restourant, pizza, market ...
My family and I recommend our host.
The hosts were quite amazing. They welcomed us when we first got there and gave us our keys, and showed us around. Very sweet and helpful, and answered all of our questions about the city. The next morning when we woke up they offered to make us a traditional Irish breakfast, which was such a nice touch. It was one of the best homemade breakfasts I have had in Europe so far!
The actual B&B was so charming. Quiet neighborhood, but very lovely. We only had to walk about 6 minutes to get to the bus stop which was pretty convenient as that bus took you straight into the city. The room we stayed in looked exactly like the picture online, very cozy and warm.
Overall, a great stay! I definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Dublin.
We had a wonderful stay in Dublin! The room and bathroom were cosy and clean. The breakfast was very filling with a lot of choice! Jack and his dogs welcomed us very friendly and took care of us every day! Thank you very much!
We (me and three colleagues from Austria) stayed at Jacks Place for 2 weeks and everything was just perfect! The rooms were cosy and clean, the breakfast was always excellent and Jack and Audrey have always been kind and helpful to our requests!
A b'n'b, that is highly to recommend for anybody, who wants to experience the Irish spirit :)
Thank you for the great time, greets!
