This apartment in the heart of the Castro, overlooks Twin Peaks on one side and the Bay Bridge on the other. It's currently one bedroom with queen-sized bed, desk, and Victorian commode. San Francisco is known for its micro-climates that make the weather unpredictable, but the Castro/Mission area is one of the few places that's sunny most days.
You'll walk out of your bedroom every day and be greeted by wide windows looking out onto the city. The stainless steel appliances in the kitchen are great for cooking and come along with ample tools for foodies like black iron pans and an espresso machine. Eat your meal on a reclaimed wood table and relax in the professionally designed living/dining room. On colder nights, the fireplace makes you feel like a lord in a castle.
As if that weren't enough, step out onto the stylishly painted roof deck and take in the fresh air and sun whenever you want (it's private).
You'll be a 5 minute walk away from the heart of the Castro and most transportation. Muni and plenty of buses run regularly to almost every other part of the city-- it's rare that it takes more than 30 minutes to get anywhere.
There's an enclosed garage with a dedicated parking space as a part of the apartment.
If you're inspired by cool design pieces and art from all over the world this is the place for you!

Juan's place was great. Very close to Castro and Mission Dolores park. We enjoyed the views from both the apartment and private roof top!
Fantastic apartment with an amazing view. Very comfortable accommodations, centrally located in the Castro. The apartment was very clean and I definitely enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend this place!
Juan's place was awesome! I'd definitely stay there again!
Great place - very cozy and comfortable. Juan was an excellent host - very responsive and easy to work with. Location is very nice if you want to be in the Castro area and frankly works for just about anywhere else as SF is a small city.
Juan's apartment was perfect! The location was great, his place is very comfortable and best of all Juan is extremely responsive and helpful. There were little details that made the stay awesome. This definitely was my favorite airbnb in SF. Thanks Juan for providing such a great stay, we had a wonderful time.
Juan was great on communication. Everything was smooth ahead of my stay. Once I got to Juan's place it was clean and just as described in the listing. Great location, walking distance to the Castro.
Would highly recommend staying at Juan's.
Juan's apartment was just as described. Beautiful views, clean and comfortable. It's on a hill so it's a hike to get to, but it's SF so that's expected. The neighborhood is great and Juan gave us some wonderful restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!
We had a great time staying in Juans apartment, the location in perfect, (as long as your ok will hills- but this is San Fran). It is nice an quite but only a short walk from loads of bars and terraces. The view from the roof terrace is amazing and it's a great spot for a glass of wine.
Juan´s apartment is pretty much as it is described in the site. The neighborhood is wonderful (Castro), quiet and safe. We found some small difficulties when arrived (some durty in the kitchen, only one towel instead of two) but ALL this was promptly solved by Juan who was all the time attending our requests. We enjoy living in that place. We strongly recommend it. Thanks Juan.
Juan was extremely responsive and his unit was perfect for a weekend away in the city. His recommendations for restaurants in the area were also spot on and the ease of getting the key was also an added perk!
