Welcome to the townhouse by the sea in nice surroundings! Although it is rural, it is only a 10-minute drive to Trondheim city center. Bus and train stops are also nearby.

It is close to the swimming area, beach and Ladestien which is a well-known coastal path here. Here you can see lambs and horses right outside the window, and you can eat breakfast from the porch with a wonderful view of the fjord. There is little insight, and sun conditions throughout the day.

The space
The house has two verandas and great furniture and beds.

There are three bedrooms, a TV lounge, two bathrooms, and a living area (living room/kitchen). One bedroom has a double bed, one bedroom has a single bed, and the third bedroom has a bed that can be converted into a double bed. It is also possible to sleep on the mattress downstairs in the TV living room.
