The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Equipped with everything you could possibly need and comes with a parking spot in the garage. Perfect for 3 or 4 people. Beautifully decorated and the patio is an added bonus. I can't say enough good things about this place!
We had a fantastic stay in Donna's apartment. The place is really lovely and just what we needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanted to staying in San Francisco. It was central and everything was a small cab ride away, unless of course you fancy climbing the hills and there are local shops and restaurants within walking distance - literally just along the next block. The apartment was really nicely decorated and had everything you could need, including a small private outside area which was nice. Would definitely go back.
The condo was perfect. Anything you could need was already there. It is close to the wharf and restraurants in North Beach. The condo is safe and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable. The patio in the back was an added bonus if you like the fresh air. I would definitely recommend the unit to anyone. Donna and her helpers we easy to work with and always answered my questions right away.
This condo is awesome. We were in San Francisco with another couple. Some of us worked remotely during the day (we live in Virginia), and we all played nearby at night. Playing at night was easy without a car. Location, location, location…Bus stops are around the corner, Fisherman’s Wharf is 3 blocks away, Washington Square and Embarcadero are an enjoyable walk away, as are lots of eating options. We felt completely safe. You must have breakfast at Pat’s Café around the corner!!
It’s obvious that Donna has taken extra steps to ensure her guests’ comfort and enjoyment of the condo. The beds are comfy as is everything there. The couch is great for napping. When working, one of us worked from the dining table and the other from the desk. The built-in dresser in the master bedroom is a great place to use as a standing desk and to take phone calls if you don’t want to bother your roomies. The Internet speed is fast and the cell phone reception was good enough for both Verizon and AT&T. I remoted into my computer in Virginia and used (website hidden) for phone calls and never had a problem. I was able to work east coast hours (5:30 a.m. SFO condo time) without waking up the others in the condo. The table-top fans provided by Donna in each bedroom helped with that (white noise). The smoke detector is sensitive so be sure you use the stove fan and have windows open if you’re cooking bacon. We set it off but it was easily reset.
Neighbors were quiet and very nice. Perfect condo that added to our perfect working vacation. Thanks Donna and crew: Jayne & Erica.
Our family really enjoyed the condo. It had all the modern amenities and more. The location was great, the neighborhood quiet and we utilized the parking space which is a rare find in SF. The neighborhood was very walkable to many restaurants and area attractions. I'd highly recommend to larger families since the multiple bathrooms offer much needed privacy.
We stayed in the North Beach Condo, San Francisco for five weeks to watch the Louis Vuitton and Americas Cup sailing events.
The Condo offered us everything we ever needed in fact as we live in an apartment back in New Zealand, the Condo felt like a second home.
It is beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture and beds and tastefully decorated with modern art pieces.Compared to most San Francisco buildings, this building is very modern, built within the past ten years.
The kitchen is well appointed with every appliance you would possibly need including a coffee maker, has a full range of cutlery and crockery and even has a full spices set.
As we had our daughter come and visit for a week, it was great to have each bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom as well as a guest powder room. There is also a full laundry and ironing facility within the Condo.
The Condo is extremely well situated, only a few minutes walk to Fishermans Wharf and the Embarcadero.
Within a few minutes walk towards the city, you can be in Washington Square and Columbus Avenue where we enjoyed many great restaurants. If you enjoy walking and shopping, you can continue along Columbus through Chinatown to Union Square.
Transport is in abundance, we often walked to the Embarcadero and caught a tram into Market Street (near Union Square) or if you prefer, there are buses nearby and the cable car is only two blocks away from the Condo. There are always plenty of taxis.
If you wish to rent a car, there is an underground parking facility.
One day we shall return to San Francisco, we feel we still have lots to do in that great city and we shall definitely stay in the Condo, our host Donna was absolutely fantastic to deal with, she willingly looked after our every need. It was a sad day when we had to depart for home, we'll miss it.

The apartment and the location, amazing!
You have all you need in the apartment for a business stay, and I'm sure, for a vacation stay too. Really accesible, a supermarket really close, and a lot of options to move to the different parts of the City.
Great place to stay!! Centrally located within easy walking distance to many sites. Condo is very nicely decorated and extremely well-equipped. Condo is quiet and away from the hustle-bustle city sounds making for a good night sleep after sightseeing all day. It was wonderful to have an underground garage space (convenient and safe). Check-in was a breeze and Donna was a great host. This condo was a good value given the style and amenities (parking, wonderful beds, basic necessities, washer/dryer, plush linens, etc.). Will definitely book this place again for any future vacations to San Francisco.
We agree with the positive reviews entered. The location was within easy walking distance (gentle slope, no hills) to Pier 39, Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and the Columbus and Embarcadero streetcars. The bedrooms included high end sheets, duvets, and plenty of extras of both. The kitchen was complete again with high end appliances. Lots of extras such as board games, laundry detergent, umbrellas and basic foodstuff was included. Excellent electronics and games, as well as a lovely outdoor sitting area also helped to make our stay wonderful. As did the proximity to Little Italy's fabulous restaurants such as Firenze. The underground parking and elevator were a boon. Donna and her associates were quick and very courteous whenever we needed them. We highly recommend this apt.
My family and I frequent SF yearly and have always stayed at a hotel on the wharf. Never again will we stay at a hotel in SF. This condo will be our new go to!!! Our stay at this condo was fantastic. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the wharf, little Italy (amazing restaurants) and the embarcadero. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Our stay was for a week and we were 4 adults and 1 toddler. There was plenty of room and the patio is great for relaxing with a glass of wine after a full day on your feet. The condo was spotless and filled with everything you may need. The underground parking is perfect as parking in SF is tight and few spots. The building is very secure and not once did we feel unsafe. Other units in the building are very quiet and very nice should you run into them. There is a great little cafe down on the corner that has amazing breakfast sandwiches and Safeway is only 2 blocks away. The condo even has a cart on wheels to make carrying your groceries back easier! On the day we were scheduled to fly home, there was a plane crash at SFO and we were stranded for an extra 2 nights. Donna did not hesitate to let us stay 2 extra nights as the condo was not being used and she checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. You could not ask for a better owner of a condo. Very accommodating and available immediately should you have questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this condo and we are already planning our next trip to San Francisco and we are booking this condo again! We can not say enough about how wonderful this condo is! 110% better than any hotel out there.
