Coming to the Grand Canyon? Looking for the perfect spot to see every star in the Milky Way? We are the Stargazing 180sq ft Tiny Home. Our off-grid cabin is located just 30mins from Grand Canyon National Park. With the absence of light and sound pollution you’ll have the most tranquil experience. Yes, you will be camping but that doesn’t mean you have to settle for mediocrity. Our modern, bougie aesthetic is the perfect glamping experience.

Most common Questions:

Is there electricity? Yes! We operate off of solar power. We have outlets to plug in your cell phone however the system can't handle devices that need a lot of power like blow dryers. On gloomy days, our solar batteries may not be able to charge fully. We apologize in advance.

Is there heat? Yes! We have a wood burning stove keeping you warm on chilly nights. However, it can get very cold in the winter so please pack accordingly. Pack extra warm clothing (thermals and long johns) to keep warm. Refunds will NOT be issued because it’s cold out. We have no control over the weather and want to be upfront about this from the beginning.

Is there a bathroom? Yes! There is a full outdoor bathroom with a shower, a compost toilet, and a sink. We provide towels and soap for you.

Is there WIFI? No! This is on purpose; we want you to disconnect and enjoy everything mother nature has to offer. However, we understand you still want to post your stories and call home, cell service is mostly available at the campsite, but a short trip back to the highway will give you guaranteed service.

Is there running water? It depends on the time of year. During the winter months (oct-march) and any other time it is below 40° F we DO NOT offer running water. But you'll be able to wash off all day long with hot water during those summer months.

Unfortunately we no longer offer a telescope due to previous guests repeatedly breaking them :(

Guest access
You have access to the entire acre of land the cabin sits on. Please be mindful of the other properties near by!

Other things to note
Dogs are allowed during your stay for an additional $25 fee per dog. We do ask that dogs do NOT get on the beds out of respect for other people's allergies.

The roads that lead to the cabin are dirt roads and can get muddy in rain or snow. Any truck or SUV should be able to handle it. Cars can maybe handle it, but there’s a chance of getting stuck if it rains or snows and tow trucks are expensive. Our on-site host has tow straps in case of emergency, but it’s not guaranteed he’ll always be in town or available.

This is meant to be a glamping experience for you to enjoy mother nature and it's very important for us to be upfront about what you are going to experience as we do not want to be dinged in our reviews for things out of our control. We hope you enjoy your stay!
