Charming 1932 Spanish Colonial Revival centered in the heart of downtown Phoenix in the Coronado Historic District. This fully furnished guest room includes: full-size brand new bed, TV, wi-fi, walk-in closet, antique armoire, guest refrigerator and bi-weekly cleaning service. Must share bath.
House has hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, outdoor patio with dining table and chairs and, Matilda - the non-shedding cockapoo. Guests have full access to kitchen and extensive book collection. Home cooked meals will often be on the menu.
Walk to restaurants and a world-class yoga studio or take private tennis lessons less than a block away. Access to light-rail and bus transportation is just a few short blocks away.

Guests have access to the entire house except my private room and office. Laundry access is available upon request.

Interaction can be at the guests comfort level.
Easy walk to locally owned restaurants and an ale house plus one of the best yoga studios in the city. I know many of my neighbors and everyone is very friendly.
Public transportation is available just three blocks away. Light Rail is ten blocks west.
