129 Park is located in the heart of Long Beach’s charming Belmont Shore neighborhood. The space blends Spanish style architecture w/ modern furnishings to provide the perfect retreat for a time a well spent, regardless of what brings you here. It is the lower level of a duplex. The well known 2nd St is a block away, offering an abundance of restaurants, cafe’s, & boutique shops, while the beach is also 1 block away in the opposite direction, offering beautiful views of the ocean & walking path.

The space
Enter in to Park Ave By The Shore to find a bright and sunny living room and dining area. Walk down the hallway for access to a full bathroom and both bedrooms tucked in the back of the property for optimal privacy. A full kitchen is located to one side of the dining area with a small laundry nook behind it, while a small outside patio area is on the other side. There is a lovely little outdoor space with patio seating for two that looks out at the neighborhood and the quiet, tree-lined street.

Guest access
The interior is private for guests and consists of the entire lower level of a duplex (no shared access with upstairs). Guests are welcome to enjoy both the front yard area and lower level of the side patio area (no access to the upstairs balcony or garage is permitted).

Other things to note
-Please note that Park Ave By The Shore is on the lower level of a duplex. There may be the sound of occasional footsteps from above, however they are minimal.
-No parties or large gatherings of more than 8 ppl are permitted, out of respect for the neighbors and the upstairs unit.
-We are not a suitable property for small children or infants.
-Security cameras are located around the perimeter of the property, to ensure the safety of our guests and neighborhood.
-Please refer to the house rules before booking to make sure this is suitable for your travel plans and stay!
