The Space

This studio apartment has a strategical location next to Campo de Fiori, Piazza Farnese and Piazza Navona. It is situated on a quiet street called Via dei Balestrari, which used to be a famous craftsmen street .

The neighborhood is lively, lots of nice cafés and nice restaurants where to stop for a break. In the surrounding streets, you can also find some nice clubs (for example the Shari Vari on Via di Torre Argentina is very nice).

Located at the first floor, of an elegant building with elevator, this charming Rome studio apartment has all the comforts you may need for a pleasant stay in Rome.

The living area features a sofa, a library, a 23″ Flat TV, a DVD player, iPod Dock, desk with chair and printer, air conditioning and Internet wireless access. There is also a glass dining table with chairs ideal for your meals. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, electrical oven, toaster, dish washer, American coffee maker and washing machine.

The master bedroom has an iron king size bed with night tables and abat-jour. A large wardrobe will be helpful to store your personal belongings. The bathroom has a shower.

This apartment is ideal for young people and couples.

We suggest you to go to the “Forno di Campo de Fiori” where you can try the delicious Roman Pizza. For the most party people we suggest an aperitif at Piazza della Quercia.

  • This apartment comfortably accommodated the four of us. The kitchen was very usable and clean. We were happy to be able to cook several meals there. As it is right on the Campo de Fiori, be advised that the market is set up pretty early in the morning and the process is a bit noisy. However, it is a perfect location to walk everywhere! Cheers.

  • Our stay in the apartment was really very nice and enjoyable: spacious rooms, comfortable beds, wi-fi, iron, hairdryer, TV, kitchen with all equipment and etc - really everything you might need for your holidays! The apartment is located in a centre of the old town and all the famous sightseeing objects were within walking distance, so we never had to take a bus.
My biggest thanks go to the host, who made our stay in Rome really enjoyable! I got a lot of tips and advise on what to see and what to eat in Rome to get the best experience.
I would highly recommend this place!

  • Great location.... 1/2 a minute from the Campo Di Fiori Square...... The hosts were very co-operative.... allowed us an early check-in. We were only 2 of us and the apt was very spacious and with lots of storage space. It was however noisy on 2 nites when the revelling on the streets disturbed us even though there was glazing and wooden shutters for the windows.... I would highly recommend this apartment for the roominess as well as the location.... the Vatican was about a 10-12mins walk too... Piazza Navona 5-6 mins..... Loved this apartment the best of all the one we stayed in Italy!!
