About this listing

The space

This studio apartment has a strategical location next to Campo de Fiori, Piazza Farnese and Piazza Navona. It is situated on a quiet street called Via dei Balestrari, which used to be a famous craftsmen street .

The neighbourhood is lively, lots of nice cafés and nice restaurants where to stop for a break. In the surrounding streets, you can also find some nice clubs (for example the Shari Vari on Via di Torre Argentina is very nice).

Located at the first floor, of an elegant building with elevator, this charming Rome studio apartment has all the comforts you may need for a pleasant stay in Rome.

The living area features a sofa, a library, a 23″ Flat TV, a DVD player, iPod Dock, desk with chair and printer, air conditioning and Internet wireless access. There is also a glass dining table with chairs ideal for your meals. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, electrical oven, toaster, dish washer, American coffee maker and washing machine.

The master bedroom has an iron king size bed with night tables and abat-jour. A large wardrobe will be helpful to store your personal belongings. The bathroom has a shower.

This apartment is ideal for young people and couples.

We suggest you to go to the “Forno di Campo de Fiori” where you can try the delicious Roman Pizza. For the most party people we suggest an aperitif at Piazza della Quercia.

Lorenzo's apartment was the perfect place to stay! The location was incredible, I was able to walk everywhere! I eve went to some restaurants off the beaten track and the furthest I ever had to walk was about 35 minutes. Otherwise everything was so close and convenient and there were some great places just a few minutes from the door! The apartment was also larger than I expected from the photos and everything was very clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The host was very friendly and welcome, and incredibly quick to respond to any queries in the lead up to and during our visit. Although he wasn't there to meet us, a colleague was and he was also very helpful and friendly. He took his time to explain and show everything in the apartment, and answer any questions. The apartment itself is ideally located a few meters from Campo de Fiori. It was clean and comfortable. It was a nice touch that the bathroom had some basic hotel-like toiletries, and the kitchen was stocked with basics like tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar etc. The apartment itself was larger than I expected for Rome... the bedroom was spacious, and the living room with a pull-ut couch was also quite large and in a separate room - handy for 2+ people staying, as you could close the doors and have privacy in both rooms. The only negative is the noise of the area - partyers out until 1-2am, then the market set-up starts only a few hours later, which sounds like they're dragging the world across the cobblestones while shouting at their mates. But the noise had its charm, and was worth the location and all other advantages of the apartment. Great value, and I'd recommend it.

The place was nice, beds comfortable, unfortunately the garbage smell in the entryway arrived up to our apartment and it was quite problematic.

Had an excellent stay. Very clean, nicely decorated apartment in an excellent location. Brilliant kitchen facilities, very fast wi-fi and good air conditioning units in both rooms. Would definitely return.
