Finsbury Park is a friendly melting pot community composed of Turkish, French, Spanish, Middle Eastern, Irish and English families.
We have a wonderful variety of international restaurants directly under us on Stroud Green Road. And there are many shops and large Tescos supermarket right next door.
But you can also venture up to Crouch End and along Greens Lanes where there will endless choice of Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisines.
The flat only a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park Station (London Zone 2) with access to the Piccadilly and Victoria lines, as well Finsbury Park over land trains.
You can get to downtown central London in 10-15 minutes and to Heathrow airport in 1 hour and 20 minutes.

We really enjoyed our week at Alina's flat. It's clean and quirky, kitchen filled with sunshine, cosy living room to relax in. Checking in and out were made easy, Alina was helpful and accommodating. The location is great, in the middle of a buzzy area filled with restaurants and just a short walk to Finsbury Parkmstation. Definitely recommend.
Alina met me when I arrived. She's a very lovely person and made me feel extremely welcome. The flat is perfect and homely.
Great stay and a lovely neighbourhood. My parents felt welcome and had a good time.
Alina is a very nice host and makes us feel warm and welcome. The apartment is exactly as described, very comfortable. The decorations in the room have an artistic feeling. It's a very cozy place for two people to spend holiday in such big city as London. Although the hallway downstairs associated with the restaurant is a little bit smelly, it doesn't affect the upstairs. I will recommend this place to stay.
To enter our flat one must walk through an out door hallway that we must share with the restaurant downstairs. They often walk through it at night to put out their trash so our apologies if in that time Linda was visiting they might not have mopped the hallway as they normally do every evening. It certainly doesn't smell every day and we have a cleaner that comes in every week to clean our building staircase etc.
We stayed at Alina's flat, which is round the corner from ours, when we needed somewhere to stay urgently after our boiler broke. She was really quick to respond to our queries, and made sure we felt at home. Thank you!
Alina is a great hostess, full of good energy. She received us very well and even lent us her membership card for the Tate museums. Her place is amazing and we had a really nice time living there. It is well located, cosy, and originally furnished and decorated. We felt like home.
