The Space

Charming and quiet attic (80 sqmt), characterized by antique cotto floor, wooden beam and a typical terrace on the roofs with view on Florence.
Sunny and private this unit consists of entry living room with sofa, tv, wifi, loft as dining, fully equipped kitchen, big double room, second room twin beds with fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower.
A cozy terrace over the roofs.
The apartment is located in a 15th century palace at 2nd and top floor (with no elevator) of Palazzo Pepi and takes its name from the Rubinia tree, age-old and truly unique which grew spontaneously and came to provide shade for the terrace on the second floor: even if only to be seen by the world’s travelers!
Apartment Primula is in the heart of Florence, a few meters away from Piazza Santa Croce and in one of the areas of the city which has retained most of the typical and popular atmosphere of Florence.

Close by to main shops, supermarket, restaurants and museums, offers you the perfect key for a holiday in Florence.

  • We give this apartment a 5 star rating. It has a living room, dining room ,kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Each room is spacious, other than the bathroom. The ceilings are high, which adds to the feeling of spaciousness. In the kitchen, there is a full-sized refrigerator, plus the other appliances and as many cooking pots and pans necessary for a feast. We liked the little terrace with views of the church and red roof tops, too. Deanna and her family and staff were extremely helpful to us and available when we needed it. We really felt it was a home. The apartment is just a few steps from Santa Croce church. The noise from the restaurant from below was loud at night, but quiet on nights it was closed. This is to be expected in Florence. Thank you Deanna!

  • Primula Apartment exudes hospitality, Deanne is an excellant host, wealth of knowledge. You could spend all day on the terrace and we did once or twice, the changing light and little swallows flying by, make it a very special place to watch, read, eat, photograph, anything goes really. Cool location with friendly locals. Made Firenze a place we all fell in love with. Tiffany ,Keenan & Hunter:)

  • Lovely appatramenty in an old building! Near the Cathedral of Santa Croce. Very stylish and a large two-level apartment with a terrace upstairs. Stunning views from the terrace of the cathedral. Prior to the Piazza della Signoria 5 minutes. Before the duo also 5-7 minutes. Lovely hostess Diana. Big thanks to her! We are excited and very happy that it is stopped in these suites! recommended< Lada

  • This is a beautiful apartment only a few doors from Santa Croce. Fantastic location...a quick cab ride from the bus station (wouldn't want to try to find it on my own...on a small side street.) In a beautiful old buidling, but looked very modern and bright. Up several staircases, you enter your 2 story living room, high ceilings and plaster walls...just gorgeous and airy. Large master bedroom with king size bed (very comfy), cute twin beds in second room...tiny bathroom with tiny tub/shower but very functional. Kitchen upstairs with patio overlocoking rooftops of can see the Duono and hear the bells of Santa Croce...fantastic! Wifi worked (email hidden)ver tried TV. Location could not be better... great bar down the street (Victoria 's?? Incredible happy hour with beautiful appetizers for free...Walking distance from everything...Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, etc. Wish it had been warmer and we had more time...would have loved to stay for weeks. Highly recommended!

  • Great location with functional kitchen and comfortable beds. The bathroom was a little too small, especially the shower.
