This deluxe brand new apartment is very conveniently located just next to the train / bus station and within 15 min walk to Malaga´s Old Town and beach.
The apartment features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a large living room, TV, fully equipped kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, balcony.
It is the perfect place if you want to visit Malaga´s old Town and the villages around Costa del Sol ( Torremolinos, Ronda, Mijas, Marbella, Granada...) as the train and bus stations are just 1 minute away walking. Underground car park (included in the price) makes your stay much easier and saves you time and money (30 € per night in a public parking).
There is as well a communal swimming pool, that can be used only during opening times during summer months.
The first bedroom has an en suite bathroom (with shower) and two single (90 cm wide) beds, the second bedroom has a 160 cm wide bed. Both rooms have large wardrobes. The living room features table for 6 people, sofa, TV, working desk. The kitchen has a table for two and all highest quality appliances: fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, beside that there are all kitchen utensils needed including electric kettle, toaster, microwave and coffeemaker.
The sheets, towels are other basics are included in the price. There is as well a hairdryer.

Apartment is located just next to Malaga´s main train and bus station and few large shopping centres. The port is within 15 min walk. Very easy access to the airport, only 15 min by train.

Check out time 10.00. Check in 17.00.
Guests will have access to underground parking and swimming pool in summer months (July and August)
Interaction with Guests
We will wait at the apartment to do the check in with guests, later we normally ask our guests via email if all is fine.
The location is very important if you want to visit local villages, if you go straight ahead the road you will get to the highway. You should eat in Bar de Carolina, buy fruits in local fruteria, have some churros con chocolate and visit Ronda by train.
From the airport you need to follow directions to Malaga and then to the port. Once you reach entry to the port to your right you need to turn left and once you pass the large fountain and you see Vialia that is the street you have been looking for.
The checkin time has to be arranged at least the day before arrival. Smoking is not allowed, only in the balcony. Guest will be asked to be respectful all the time with the apartment, comunnal areas and neighbours. Should problems arise due to bad behaviour of the guests will incur in not returning the security deposit.
The apartment consists of 2 rooms.
Communal swimming pool available during opening times (July-August) and with lifeguard on duty.
Not returning the keys has a penalty of 50 € to be deducted from the deposit.
