This cute and comfortable studio apartment used to be our detached double car garage! We worked tirelessly to curate the perfect Portland experience to compliment your vacation. With art and photography from NW artists, to locally sourced materials and treats, we are honored to host you during your trip.
The space
We cant wait to host you in your very own tiny house!
What you get:
Super cozy studio apartment set back from street and behind privacy fence. Exterior walls are 12" thick so you will have a peaceful, temperature controlled stay. Locally made Parklane FULL SIZE mattress gives you a great nights sleep. For 3 guests, we provide extra pillows and linens for sleep on the couch. TV with Hulu and Netflix provided. high speed wifi. Private bath with stand up shower. Two super plush Pendleton spa towels provided. We offer local coffee, tea, and treats. For stays of 5 days or longer, we provide you with your choice of local beverage.
The tiny house is equipped with a super efficient mini-split heating and cooling system. There's also a washer dryer combo that washes and dries your clothes in one machine. We designed this space to be comfortable for both long term and short term stays. We hope you enjoy it!
We have a 220/240v EV charger in the driveway. If you're driving an electric vehicle, we'd love to give you a charge!
The neighborhood:
12 min from airport. Downtown Portland is a 15 minute drive, 30 minutes by bus. Conveniently situated on two major bus lines (15 & 20) that run directly to downtown Portland. 10 min walk to amazing shops and restaurants in Montavilla. House is off a gravel road that doesn't get much thru traffic.
Guest access
You have full and private enjoyment of the tiny house. It is secured with a keypad entry for easy check in and out. Enter the shared yard through a privacy gate to find your front door. You will often see us outside and enjoying the backyard as well.
Other things to note
I can't wait to share my favorite city with you! We have a Guest Book inside the Tiny House with our favorite restaurants and local spots. If you'd like more personal recommendations, let me know your preferences and I can tailor things for you. I just want you to get the most out of your stay!

Weekly Farmer's Market on Sundays through May - September (10 min walk)
Fred Meyer, Target, Winco within 1 mile. 7-11 two blocks away.
Montavilla is a neighborhood in transition. Some of the homeless population that was pushed out of central Portland have found this neighborhood. It is very common to see tent camping within a few blocks of our location, and in most of Portland. We understand that this may be jarring for some visitors. That being said, our neighbors are all really amazing and friendly. We are a little offset from most of this activity and our space is extremely quiet considering the surrounding area.
