COMMUNITY AMENITIES: You will have the use of the Owners Club with a brand new recreation center boasting an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and indoor pool for rainy days. State of the art Fitness center. Activity room with pool tables, ping pong, video arcade, outdoor tennis courts, and indoor basketball. Your stay includes 6 passes to the clubhouse. Additional passes can be purchased for $5 in the clubhouse office.

House Rules:
Point of Contact and Renter Agreement Form:
Guest must complete and sign point of contact and renter agreement form.

Hot tub:
Guests use hot tub at their own risk.

No Smoking:
No smoking of any kind is permitted on our property. Smoking will result in a $750 fine to cover the cost of cleaning/damage.

No Pets:
We do not allow pets in the home.

No fireworks:
There are no fireworks allowed in the Galena Territory.

Outdoor lights:
All outdoor lights must be turned off by 11pm per Galena Territory Association Rules.

Proximity Cards:
Ensure all 6 proximity cards are hanging on the hook by the entry wall closet. There is a fine of $75 per card for any damaged or missing cards.

Gas Grill:
Please be sure to close the propane tank and turn off the grill after every use. At the end of your stay, ensure the cover is placed back on the grill.

Fire Table:
After each use, please place the table top cover back on and close the gas tank. At the end of your stay, please place full cover back on.
