This was a gorgeous quaint tiny house. The space was pristine, the hosts welcoming, and experience fantastic. We will be staying again. Don't keep scrolling. Book this Romaintic experience for you and the love in your life.

My wife and I visited this little gem for our 15th wedding anniversary, for a weekend getaway. It was our first tiny house experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, had everything we needed, exactly as-described, comfortable, and the surrounding farm land was incredible. Teddy and the 3 white goats greeted us soon after we arrived and my wife loved it. Teddy is so sweet. I caught a bass in the pond almost immediately, and then Jeremy and Brad the dog stopped by to say a quick "hello" and make sure we had everything we needed. My wife enjoyed taking pictures of the house, farm, pond, and the animals, and got some great shots. Jeremy was always quick to answer messages through the Airbnb App and finding the place was a breeze. We were only about 30 minutes outside of Athens and ended up visiting a couple of restaurants and local breweries while we were there. We also took a short ride to Watson Mill Bridge State Park which is beautiful and a MUST-see. Great place to walk the trails and take photographs. (My wife took a LOT of photos there, as-well.) My wife and I *highly recommend* this wonderful tiny house! Much better than a hotel, and with so much more character and beautiful country charm.

If you have seen miniature houses on TV, this is a perfect opportunity to actually experience living in one. The stay was great and it really lets you get the feel of minimalism. Although the house is small, it has everything that you actually need in it. It has more than most hotel rooms. It is in the middle of the country but that adds to the allure and peace.

AMAZING! I am obviously into tiny homes, but this was just perfect. Clean and tiny! The farm animals and the pond were the perfect backdrop. Jeremy was so nice and accommodating. I had a late night arrive and was able to find the place easily all ready for me with the lights on. Super safe and cozy. I wanted to stay forever, but traveling across country made me push on quickly.

If you are looking for privacy, a great tiny house experience, you like to fish, and you appreciate a host who prioritizes attention to detail and good communication, then this is the place for you. My eleven year old son and I spent a couple of nights and could not have had a better time. His face stayed lit up the whole time we were there, whether he was fishing (caught a couple of nice bass), making/tending the fire, visiting with the animals, or just enjoying being in our own special fort. I enjoyed having something of a camping like experience, but with all the conveniences of staying in a small cabin. It was especially nice having a comfortable kitchen with all I needed to prepare meals. Always loved reading about and watching programs about tiny houses. This one met and exceeded my expectations on my first actual stay in one. Jeremy has created a special little hamlet for a relaxing getaway.

I am a general residential contractor in the Athens, Georgia area. My wife, Julie, and I decided to build a tiny house just to do something different, and we are now renting it out.
We love the idea of tiny houses and hope to build more. We also enjoy meeting people who are fascinated with tiny houses.
