Welcome to your private Sedona escape — a place where luxury, comfort, and unforgettable red rock views all come together. Whether you're planning a family getaway, a friends’ trip, or a special celebration, this home was designed to help your group relax, reconnect, and make the most of your time in Sedona.
The space
Set in one of the most convenient locations in town, the home is just a short walk to Airport Vortex and close to some of Sedona’s best hiking and biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and everyday essentials. You get the feeling of a private retreat, while still being right in the heart of everything.
We’re also excited to share that the home has just undergone an extensive $700,000 renovation, completed in June, making the experience here even more special. With new gathering spaces, expanded entertainment areas, and an incredible outdoor transformation, the property now offers a true resort-style setting for large groups.
From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by soaring ceilings, walls of windows, and sweeping panoramic views that instantly remind you why Sedona is so special. Natural light pours into the home throughout the day, and nearly every room offers a beautiful view. The overall feel is spacious, upscale, and inviting — perfect for both quiet mornings and memorable nights with your group.
One of the biggest highlights of the property is the outdoor living space. It was created for relaxing, entertaining, and spending quality time together. The newly added elevated deck off the main living area is a wonderful place to gather, with comfortable seating, a fire pit, and space for outdoor dining. Down below, the backyard feels like your own private resort, with a pool, hot tub, pool bar, sunken fire pit, outdoor kitchen, lounge spaces, daybeds, loungers, and a turf play area. Altogether, the home now offers an impressive amount of outdoor space for groups to spread out and enjoy.
Inside, the home is especially well set up for large groups. The kitchen is both beautiful and highly functional, the home includes two full-size refrigerators, two mini fridges, a commercial ice maker, two dishwashers, and two ovens — making meals, drinks, and cleanup easy whether you’re hosting a big dinner or just stocking up for the weekend.
The upper level includes a spacious two-car garage, game area, a spectacular primary suite, a private gym, and a spa-like bathroom with a shower, soaking tub, and six-person sauna. The primary suite also opens to its own private balcony — a perfect spot for a quiet evening under the stars. There’s also a large additional guest room on this level.
The main level features three beautifully designed bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a dramatic great room with 20-foot ceilings, two dining areas, and balconies that open up to incredible red rock views.
The lower level is all about fun and entertainment. Guests can enjoy a fully outfitted movie theater with stadium seating and a 100-inch TV screen with JBL sound system, and a Nintendo Switch. It’s a great setup for kids, adults, and anyone who wants a little extra fun built into the stay. This level also includes a bunk room and full bathroom.
What really makes this home special is how rare it is to find this much space, this many amenities, and this level of design all in such a central Sedona location. It’s a home that feels just as suited for laid-back mornings with coffee and sunrise views as it does for pool days, movie nights, and evenings around the fire pit.
Best of all, you’re only about a 10-minute walk to Airport Vortex, roughly half a mile to Adobe Jack Trailhead, around a quarter mile to Whole Foods, and within a couple of miles of many of Sedona’s best restaurants, shops, trails, and attractions.
To help us preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood, we do ask all guests to be respectful of Sedona’s noise regulations and keep excessive noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
As part of providing a premium, well-maintained experience, all guests are required to complete a Guest Agreement after booking. It’s a simple step that helps ensure clear expectations around property care, access, and house policies, and we’ll send it over promptly once your reservation is confirmed.
