Clean and cozy 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located in the heart of Winter Park. Plenty of sleeping space with 1 king sized bed, 1 double/twin bunk bed. Private hot tub, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, two outdoor decks and heated garage.
Located in Sawmill Station, the townhouse is just a 1/2 block away from trails, Hideaway Park, sledding hill, playground and shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off for skiing. It is also walking distance to great shops and restaurants. The free ski shuttle drops you in the slopeside village in the Winter Park Ski Resort. Winter Park Resort offers over 3,000 acres of skiable terrain, 25 lifts, five terrain parks. The Grand Park Community Recreation Center is also nearby with fitness center, pool, 20ft. water slide, climbing wall, ice skating, cross country skiing and Pole Creek Golf Club.
Baby gates, pack-n-play and highchair are available for young kiddos. It's a great family getaway!
Although he will not be there for your visit; we have a Miniature Poodle. Poodles are non-shedding and hypoallergenic.
This is a NON SMOKING unit.
No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are cleaned. All perishable foods brought with guests has been renmoved from the home/fridge.
All keys are left in the lockbox and the unit is left locked.
No early check-in or late checkout.
No property of the home is lost or damaged
PAYMENT – is made through the airbnb system.
ALLERGY SENSITIVE ENVIRONMENT - no tree nuts consumed in the home.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
STORM POLICY– No refunds will be given for storms and or storm damages that may make the home unlivable during the course of the rental. Refunds will be provided for the days remaining on the reservation. Homeowners assume no liability and renter agrees to hold homeowner harmless in the event of loss of life or property as the result of storms or other natural disaster.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY /VIOLATIONS OF THE RULES– No illegal activity is allowed on the property. Such activities and/or violations of the rules as stated in the contract will result in the immediate cancellation of this agreement. No refunds will be provided.
ACCESS- Renters agree to permit access to the property at any time to address safety or home maintenance issues that may arise or if illegal activity or violation of the rules as stated in this agreement are suspected. Ample warning will be attempted before entry.
PETS – No pets of any kind are allowed on or within this property.
This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise
The condo was as advertised. The inside was clean, well furnished, close to the Blue bus route. Everything worked well.
Overall we had a great time, in part as a result of being very comfortable in our surroundings. There was no host interference or "checking on things". We never saw the host.
I highly recommend staying as a guest of Amanda's.
The townhome was wonderful and just as pictured! Location worked out really well for a weekend of skiing! We really enjoyed our visit to Winter Park!
Everything was great. Amanda was quick & easy to communicate with. Looking forward to another stay in the future.
