This place is UNIQUE!!! I lived there for 15 years with my family and I simply love it. My mom, Teresa, is an arquitect and interior designer, so you will notice her fine hand.

I expect to find the apartment as delivered, I mean: clean and neat.
Please take special care with the towels, usually stained with makeup, if Icannot clean them I will have to charge you
Smokers: please try to do it near balcony or windows
Remember to turn off lights and AC every time you leave the place, and also try to set AC`s temperature in 24º to save power energy.
Like in any apartment building, everyone is expected to be considerate with regards to noise, especially after 10 pm from sunday to friday
This is a fantastic house! It is beautifully designed and has a great rooftop terrace. We were checked in by Martin's parents who showed us the house and gave us some tips and what to do and see in Buenos Aires. The communication with them and Martin worked perfectly. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you very much Teresa, Eduardo and Martin!
Wonderful house, highly recommended. We were met by Martin's parents Teresa and Eduardo, they were lovely hosts. Teresa is an architect - it shows in the stunning design and decoration of the house. The location is good, in a residential part of Palermo about 8-10 blocks from the dense shops/bars/restaurants area, and close to the subway (which not all of Palermo is).
A gente so pede os cuidados normais.
Teresa and Eduardo (Martin's parents) checked us in, and they couldn't have been nicer, more friendly and welcoming. We got a tour of the house (which is gorgeous) and amazing insider tips on where to go/see in Argentina.
The house is very comfortable, with plenty of room for guests to have space and privacy. The roof terrace is a total gem with a nice view of surrounding buildings and area. The table on the roof terrace allowed us to sit and sip on local wine and appetizers before heading out to dinner. They also have lounge chairs where you can sit with a book and bask in the local sun.
Teresa and Eduardo also have a landline at your disposal for local calls, which can come in handy when you want family/friends to have a number where you can be reached while away and also a great convenient way for us to use while making local restaurant reservations or booking a taxi to airport. I would highly recommend the Triplex. My e-mail communications were all with Martin, and he was amazing and prompt in getting back to me answering any of my questions. When I return to Buenos Aires, I will definitely stay here again. Great location, safe, centrally located with anything you need steps away. We had a blast and I hope you do too.
Great hosts! It was a pleasure staying at this apartment...very well kept, clean, great location. We really enjoyed the recommendations that were left for us as well. I would definitely return here.

Musician, former sociology student, current journalism student and River Plate fan. As I was born in Venezuela but have lived in Argentina since 11 I`m familiarized with many cultures and life styles. I`ve travelled all around the world since a kid (Europe, US, Caribbean, South America). Big interest in music (rock, folk, reggae, bossa nova, tango, cumbia, funk, hip hop, electronic...), movies (big fan of Tarantino) football (soccer) and reading.
I have lots of recommendations for my guests! restaurants, football matches, typical touristics spots, tango, live music, parks, clothing stores, cool places in the suburbs and many more.
