Nota 10!
Eli and Agus weren't able to meet us at the apartment, but their friend was able to. She was wonderful! The welcome loaf of bread, coffee, and tea were a very nice addition. The apartment is really cute and is in a great location. It has everything you need that you could never have in a hotel. My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend. It was a very quiet apartment (very little street noise), except for the construction workers who were working on an adjacent building every morning at 8:00am. But there is nothing to be done about that. :)
Eli and Agus are excellent hosts. They respond promptly to all inquires and made themselves available any time we needed them. Great advice on the metro, walking routes, and restaurants and shopping places. The apartment is even better than described and pictured. Very roomy, light and airy. Kitchen is fully equipped and we really appreciated the washer and dryer, soap included. Greg location easy to get around to everything. Thank You Eli and Agus. Upon return you would certainly be our first choice and we highly recommend.

Place was beautiful, situated near city centre. Apartment was nice as you can see from the pictures. Vera was so helpful and gave good tips etc where to eat. Perfect. Thank you guys.
The apartment was as described and nicely decorated and equipped.
We didn't hear from the hosts during our four night stay and were met by their sister on law- who was friendly enough. We paid 25 euros 'late fee,' because our train got in after 8pm. These were the only hosts to charge a late fee on this 8 stop trip. This can be a downside to airbnb, when your hosts are inflexible.
This apartment is quite adequate in size for three people and the lift was certainly appreciated. The bakery around the corner was a godsend. On the downside, the 2nd shower is too small to enjoy. The mattress of the master bedroom is uneven and uncomfortable. There was a problem with bad smells in the building. Also. If you want privacy in the master bedroom you have to sacrifice air-conditioning, as the split system doesn't extend to that room with the door closed. If was really hot!
Having said that, the location is good for the Sagrada familia and the wifi was great!
We arrived at the beginning of October and stayed for two weeks with our daughter (4 years old).
The apartment is extremely nice and comfortable, almost like new. The balcony is large enough for two people having wine and watching the top of Sagrada Familia.
It is located in walking distance between the metro lines L2 and L4, one minute by foot to supermarkets and great bakery. A very nice area, close to the boulevard Passeig de Sant Joan and with lots of small stores on the way.
We had a bit of a bad start, as Eli and Agus gave us the wrong address first. But Eli was waiting with food at the apartment and we had a very warm welcome. During the two weeks of our stay, Eli's and Agus' support was really excellent, way beyond the ordinary "Where do I find the next drugstore?".
The problem we had was not in their responsibility: Our neighbor seems to be fond of rather loud trash music. We suppose he had a broken leg and unfortunately stayed at home most of the time, and with our little child, we could not escape the music while having breakfast and early dinner at home. At 9 pm it was quiet and we could sleep without problems. Eli and Agus tried their best (try to talk to him and informed the house manager), but there was not much of an improvement. Probably he got back to work now.
Conclusion: We can recommend Eli and Agus without limitation. About the apartment: One can have bad luck, and this time we had it with our neighbor.
Our host met us at the apartment and was extremely helpful in familiarizing us with the area relative to the local market, bakery, transit system and various points of interest as well as restaurant recommendations. He thoughtfully left us with items to get started such as bottled water, milk and a loaf of delicious bakery bread. The apartment was well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very safe, we usually came back to the apartment around midnight, and walking from the metro station at Sagrada Familia (5 to 10 minute walk) was completely safe.
Our only problem - nothing to do with the apartment - my husband was pick-pocketed on the metro - so beware of thieves.
