This spacious apartment in the heart of Palm Beach boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, featuring a large living space with an open kitchen concept centered around a grand island, making it the focal point of the apartment.
The master suite offers ample space with a comfortable King bed, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a twin bed with a trundle, also equipped with a desk, lounge chair, and its own ensuite bath.
The living and kitchen area is fully equipped with modern technology and all necessary kitchen supplies. While there's no traditional stove/oven, we provide convenient alternatives including a top-notch countertop oven toaster and hot plate. Every room is fitted with a TV, cable, and high-speed internet, ensuring every detail is catered for your comfort.

1) The building is a historic structure in Palm Beach, but rest assured, this unit is fully equipped and remarkably spacious.
2) The unit does not have a traditional Oven or Stove. We have a premium hot plate and table top oven. We have provided cookware for your use.
3) Sometimes you have to run the Hot water for some time in order for the temp to reach a desired level.
4) The 2nd guest bedroom, has an en suite bathroom, however, the room does not have a window
5) The building is a no pet building and our Unit owner is highly allergic to animals - This is a strict policy and check in cant be granted if tenants arrive w animals.

Onsite spa, pool & gardens, endless beaches, walking & biking paths, religious & spiritual centers, tennis courts, yoga studios, spas, world class golf courses, boutique shopping, art galleries, museums and entertainment is either a short stroll or quick drive away.

1) Bag Drop Off? So sorry, we do not offer bag storage. Access to the building is limited to your check in and check out times. .

We have a per-person, per-night fee of $75 when occupancy exceeds 2 people. When booking, please enter in the correct number of guests to receive accurate pricing. The guest number can be altered at any time if anything changes -- however, we must have the correct number of paid people on the lease. The Max number of occupants in the unit at any is 6. Only people permitted will be registered guests. We reserve the right to decline any requested changes for any reason, particularly if they are not consistent with the original introduction message or agreed-upon terms.
VISITORS:
We have a no visitor policy in a majority of our circumstances. We are reasonable hosts, however, we prefer you not to invite guests without knowledge or common courtesy. We will gladly provide a recommendation of our favorite local establishments.
CHECK-IN
We have an easy process for check-in and check-out. We aim to provide a 3pm check-in. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate early check-ins as we have the home deep cleaned after each stay. If, for some reason, your check-in is delayed, we will communicate this delay to you as soon as we know of it, but we are not responsible for any troubles it may cause you. Additionally, we do not accept deliveries on your behalf, and if you have anything delivered before your check-in, it will be rejected. Please see additional disclosures about deliveries elsewhere in this listing. Please note, you are our guests and not the building guest. While the staff is there to help you, we ask that all issues or questions be directed to us. We do not provide bag storage or early pool access.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 11am sharp! Guests must vacate the premises ( and building ) no later than 11am on the day ending the lease term. If guests hold over in occupancy of the premises after the expiration of the term, the guests shall become a tenant at sufferance only, at a rental rate of $6,000 per day, and otherwise subject to the terms and conditions of this lease, so far as applicable, and shall be liable for all damages sustained by the landlord on account of such holding over including lost profits.
COMMUNICATION
Communication is extremely important to us! Please be in touch with us during your stay, and please be responsive if we reach out to you. Communicate all needs and requests, and we will do our best to help you in a timely manner. We generally want to be reasonable, but prefer to operate in our zone of guidelines. We want to re-emphasize the following:
1) We do not allow events or parties (including, but not limited to, bachelor or bachelorette parties). We do not allow professional photo shoots or film shoots. This is a very strict policy, with no exceptions.
2) Please be sure the exact number of people you intend to sleep at the home is the exact number of people you booked in the system.
3) We do not allow professional services. There can be no professional photo shoots and no productions for film, television, or similar media.
5) No pets are allowed - the building and the unit arepet free. The owner is highly allergic.
6) Smoking is not permitted. Vaping is not allowed, and drugs are not allowed. If you are a smoker, we suggest you do not book this property.
7) Please refrain from making loud noises and be respectful to other guests
8) Please be mindful of the furniture and fixtures; and, above all, please respect the home and keep it in the best condition possible.

PARKING / UBER
Valet parking is available for a daily fee, however spots could be booked. That said, —given the building’s location, rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is by far the easiest option. If you choose to drive, all parking arrangements, fees, and any issues are your responsibility; we can’t assume liability.
YOUR FLIGHTS / DELAYS IN TRAVEL
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any transportation delays or issues you may encounter before or after your reservation. As such, we must adhere to the original check-in and check-out times agreed upon. This means we are unable to accommodate early check-ins, late check-outs, luggage storage, or amenity access outside of your reserved stay. SUPPLIES
The home is maintained very well and we do our best to be sure all necessities are stored in the house. However, if we are missing some items, please let us know and we will do our best to replenish these items. If we are out of paper towels, toilet products, shampoos, conditioners, or anything else you may consider a necessity, we are not liable for your inconvenience and we will not grant any cancellations or discounts as a result of this inconvenience.
ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES
The tenants bear all responsibility for their guests and family members. We are not liable, nor is it an excuse to ask for a discount or cancellation of the lease, for any phobias, fears, sprained ankles, splinters, cuts, bee stings, mosquito bites, tick bites, insect bites, bat bites, allergic reactions, pool injuries, falls, or any other such incidents. If there is any damage that necessitates urgent repairs that need to be performed due to any cause (including, but not limited to: acts of God, tenant irresponsibility, or equipment failure), the tenant will not be compensated for the disruption. In addition, the tenant will grant access to any professionals summoned to the property to fix and/or resolve the issue(s).
CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY
The Property is provided in “as is” condition. Rental Agent shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Property, such as internet access, cable TV access or pool as applicable. Rental Agent shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as pools, decks, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk. Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property.
RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION
Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever. Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless property owner and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases.

Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility. If guests hold over in occupancy of the premises after the expiration of the term, the guests shall become a tenant at sufferance only, at a rental rate of $6,000 per day ( or Pro Rated ), and otherwise subject to the terms and conditions of this lease, so far as applicable, and shall be liable for all damages sustained by the landlord on account of such holding over including lost profits.
