  • Cozy, beautifully decorated apartment in a superb location. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights in March and didn't want to leave--we almost didn't want to leave the apartment some days because of how cozy and comfortable it was in here. Marco does a great job up keeping the place. Even the guide books in the apartment were all of the current year. Everything was clean and absolutely could not have asked for anything more from this apartment. Perfect stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming for a stay in Rome! Probably my favorite AirBnB stay to date!

  • Fantastic! We had a truly great experience with Marco and his flat. It was in an amazing location that allowed us to walk (literally) everywhere in Rome.

Marco met us right by the apartment and was extremely nice and welcoming with great tips for where to eat near by and all the info we needed about the apartment. The flat really feels like home. It's clean and tidy with everything you need for a lovely stay including great water pressure / plenty of hot water, large towels, soap, cleaning supplies, fresh linens, washing machine etc. The pictures are very accurate and they describe perfectly how the apartment really is.

Trastevere (a.k.a Rome's favorite neighborhood) offers countless options to eat and drink just a stone's throw from the front door. Though you can still get hints of noise from the street and train, this apartment sits on one of the quieter streets and we had no problem sleeping.

We strongly recommended this apartment — Hopefully we'll be back!

  • The apartment is situated on an excellent location: in Trastevere but not in the overly touristic part. Around the corner are various tastefull restaurants, a nice bar and terrific bakery. Just cross the bridge and you're a short walk a away form the Forum Romanum, Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon and all the rest.
It's a great apartment, a kitchen with all you need, a good shower, music installation with good music selection, tv with dvd's if you need a break form all the mindblowing culture Rome offers (you can watch from the bed ;)
Marco is good and kind host. He gave perfect directions to the apartment, waited for us at the piazza nearby and we could contact him if we had any questions. When we arrived he even made sure there was fresh italian espresso and milk so we could start well the next day.
    We definitely recommend Marco's apartment!

  • The apartment is very nice, relatively spacious, well located, and just like (though not quite as bright as) the pictures. Marco did his best to make the stay comfortable and was a gracious host. We had a wonderful time and will definitely go back and stay there next time again.

  • A great apartment right in the centre of Trastavere. It's within easy walking distance to all the main spots and right next to some great restaurants! The apartment was much bigger than it looked in the pictures and was a comfortable space.

The only criticism would be the amount of sirins going past but this couldnt be helped due to it's central location.

Overall I would definitely recommend this property and Marco was a friendly host!

  • This is a really great apartment - absolutely ideal for a couple. The apartment comes with all the appliances you could need as well as great Italian coffee and some breakfast bits.

The Trastevere location is also ideal. Perfect to walk everywhere, but far enough from the main tourist areas so that it's not too busy.

Marco was a great host and was available for any questions.

    I would highly recommend.

  • We spent 4 nights in Marco's lovely apartment and had a wonderful experience right from the start! Marco kindly met us at Piazza Belli close to 2 AM after our flight was delayed and brought us up to the apartment, even carrying our bags up the stairs. The apartment is perfectly outfitted with everything you could need - Marco even provided milk and other breakfast essentials to start us off. The apartment has lots of space for 2 people, a large comfortable bed, 2 toilets, a stereo system and a great WiFi signal. It is well situated in the centre of Trastevere. We were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to see and there were many restaurants and bars within close proximity. There are also taxis and trams in nearby Piazza Belli if you want to venture further afar. On our last day, our flight left late in the evening so Marco kindly let us store our luggage at his nearby apartment while we continued exploring the city. Overall, we had a wonderful trip to Rome which was made all the better as a result of staying at Marco's apartment. It's a lovely space and you couldn't ask for a better host. Thank you, Marco...we'll be back!

  • Bonosa 31 is a charming, well-equipped, nicely furnished apartment on the second floor of a 17th century building in Trastevere. The location could not be bettered, with easy access to the Garibaldi bridge over the Tiber, several good neighborhood restaurants, and a tram line in the vicinity. We were able to walk to most things we wanted to see. The apartment was surprisingly quiet for Trastevere, which can be very lively in the evenings.

Marco was a superior host, who provided full instructions for use of equipment in the house, as well as some basic provisions. It is nice to have a second toilet plus air conditioning, which we did not need in November. He met us in Piazza Belli, near the apartment, and was waiting for us even though we arrived later than anticipated. In addition he even carried our bags up the two flights, offered restaurant suggestions, and was helpful in every way.

We could not have found a nicer apartment for a couple to stay in or a more cooperative host. The apartment can sleep up to five, although two is preferable. The second floor (European) would not be a deterrent for most people, but they should be aware of the stair before booking.

This was one of the nicest apartments we have ever rented and we could not recommend it more highly.

  • This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4 persons. Everything was extremely well organized, Marco was very kind and helpful and the appartment was just lovely. It contained everything we could possibly need. It´s located in charming surroundings and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. It´s also very close to good public communications. We do recommend this place to everyone who visits Rome!
