Our private guest suite is tucked into a working vineyard farm with expansive lawns, breathtaking Seneca Lake views, and plenty of space to relax, enjoy a glass of wine, play lawn games, or take in the sunset. Attached to our home with its own private entrance, this ground level suite features modern farmhouse style, luxury linens, and a kitchenette—all just minutes from the region's best food, wineries and Watkins Glen.

The space
Nestled on a working vineyard farm in the heart of Finger Lakes Wine Country, our private guest suite is just moments from the Seneca Lake Wine Trail along Route 414. Surrounded by the vineyards of Damiani Wine Cellars, you'll be perfectly situated to explore award-winning wineries, breweries, restaurants, and iconic destinations like Watkins Glen, Taughannock Falls, and Robert H. Treman State Parks.

The suite is located on the ground floor of our family home with its own private entrance and bathroom, providing a comfortable home base after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of the property is the expansive knoll overlooking Seneca Lake—a favorite spot to enjoy a glass of wine, watch the sunset, play lawn games, stretch out with a morning workout, or simply take in the vineyard views. Wander through the vines to our creek, gather around the fire pit, or drive just down the hill for public lake and swimming access at Smith Memorial Park.

As an active vineyard farm, you'll see seasonal farm activity throughout the growing season, especially during harvest. Whether you're planning a wine weekend, hiking adventure, or couples getaway, this is a unique opportunity to experience the Finger Lakes from the heart of a working vineyard.

Guest access
In addition to the private suite, you have access to hike the property, relax on the knoll with a spectacular sunset view, or walk down to the lake, Smith Park. Build a fire in the fire basket and put your feet in the creek that borders our property.

Other things to note
The guest suite is attached to our family home but has its own private entrance and bathroom. As with many lower-level suites, you may occasionally hear normal footsteps or household activity from above.
Our property is a working vineyard farm, so seasonal farm activity—including tractors and vineyard equipment—is part of the experience, especially during harvest (September–October).
Families are welcome! Enjoy the large lawn, playset, vineyard walks, creek access, and nearby Smith Memorial Park.

Winery tours are available by limo, or using your car and getting a driver. Let us know if you need contact numbers.
