The Space

We are renting one bedroom and a private bathroom in our beautiful sprawling Manhattan duplex loft. We have an extraordinary amount of space and there is a second bedroom also available (for a fee) if you are traveling with friends or family. There are living and dining areas with everything you need and more!

A sleek and stylish chef's kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and beautiful countertops. Rich hardwood flooring flows through the residence, which also has a huge private outdoor space,as well as a communal landscaped roof deck terrace with striking views of Manhattan. We have a washer and dryer and fully appointed kitchen with Nespresso machine and a wine cooler.

Just steps away from an abundance of new restaurants and cafes. Supermarket, organic shops, post office and nail salons are on our block 5 Min walk to Central Park, Morningside Park and Columbia University. 15 minutes to midtown, easy access to the A, B, C, D, 2 and 3 subway trains as well as multiple bus lines. Off-site parking is also available nearby.

Heating and Air conditioning can be used while in the apartment but please be mindful to shut it off when leaving the apartment.
If keys are lost you are responsible to replace them.

An additional overnight guest can use the second bedroom and pay the night fee/night.
Would prefer that my sofa is not used at a full time bed.
No pet is allow.
I have a few stairs so
