The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
The Big Red Barn is located at Moo & Bray Farm, a forty acre ranch that raises highland cows and mini donkeys among other critters. Relax on the covered porch and watch the cattle graze or listen to the brays of the donkeys.

Enjoy the Texas sunsets, a fire under the stars or hand feed the animals. 🐴🫏🐴🐢🦚🐮🐖

The space
The apartment includes a queen size bed with a new mattress and a full sofa sleeper. Comfortably sleeping three people or 2+2 children total.
The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked for all your needs and a clothes iron. A full size refrigerator, gas cook top, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a microwave make your stay more like home. The seasonal cowboy pool is a cool way to dip in the heat. There is also a fire pit, corn hole boards and a charcoal BBQ for your use.

We are located in a private, gated community between the towns of Whitesboro and Gainesville in North Texas off Highway 82 near 35. Whitesboro is known for its Peanut Festival every October, quaint small town Main Street and sprawling horse ranches. While Gainesville has quaint cafes, boutiques, museums, a movie theater, a dog park, farmers market, Frank Buck Zoo, plus much more.

Northwest of us and a short 25 minute drive is the world's largest casino, Winstar. All of your gambling desires, a spa, restaurants, big time concerts and shopping. To the Northeast is Lake Texoma with 1200 miles of shoreline where you can enjoy fishing, hiking, and boating sports.
