Enjoy easy access to popular bars/restaurants from this newly renovated gem. Erie Street Rentals are located at an island house that was established in 1850. It was going to be a knock down project but since we fell in love with it’s old bones/history we decided to do a complete restoration.Now, the house is split in 5 rental units, each with smart lock entrance, patio area, bathroom and kitchenette( separate for each suite).One free parking spot per unit.

The space
This is a rental located downtown Put In Bay so expect to hear the hustle and bustle of the lively downtown. Each bedroom ( 3 in total) in this unit ( Unit 1) has SmartTV and split unit AC/ Heat so each bedroom’s temperature can be controlled separately.All bedroom’s windows equipped with black out curtains/ shades. Kitchenette has microwave, coffee maker, mini refrigerator and faucet/sink.
Amenities provided: bedding, towels, bathroom cosmetics, hairdryer, iron/iron board, coffee, coffee cups and condiments.
This house has been totally renovated but we saved some of the original charm, so expect to see quirky nooks and crannies.
it consists of 5 separate units and each is listed as a separate listing since all suites have it’s own smart lock entrance, kitchenettes, bathrooms, dedicated porch/ patio, free parking spot and sleeps different number of people. If you need to book more than one suite, please message us and we can arrange for that as well.
