The apartment is in a great location. Filiberto and Marcello were helpful and well organised. The rooms were nice but in need of more cleaning and probably repainting. It's all white, very zen but it shows dust and grime. The main bed is good but the sofa bed is not particularly comfortable for sleeping. Overall not a bad experience and suitable for our needs, but could be better.
Had a really good stay - the flat is exactly as described, in a great area not far from the Dome and some great ice cream shops too (halfway between Milano Centrale and the main attraction). It's very quiet and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Milan for a few days.
A great location in Milan in a very good neighborhood. It is walking distance to the city center. The apartment was very cozy and the host was great.
Amazing apartment and location! The appartment colse to everywhere! Super clean and cozy. Filiberto and his assistant give me only the good advices! Had great time in Milan! Highly recommend!
Thank you for the stay, the apartment is located in a nice shopping area and everything went very well.
The apartment was very big and spacious. The only problem we had was that the building didn't have a lift so it was difficult for us to carry our bags up the stairs as we were on a long trip with heavy luggages. Besides, when we made our way from the metro station, all the escalators were faulty, hence we were almost dead from carrying the luggages.
Check-in was relatively easy as Filiberto will arrange his friend to drop by to pass the keys. However, it is recommended to call at least 20-30minutes in advance else you will have to wait at the main door or the building.
It have excellent location! No need to take public transportation. Just very short walk to supermarket which offer many delicous food! This apartment is good for not fussy budget-minded travellers and family. :-)
Clean and comfortable apartment. Very close to all transport (trams and metro at the end of street). Great place to stay for easy access to Milan Centre and many attractions.
The host Filiberto was quick and helpful in answering questions during the booking and his collegue Marcello was nice and welcoming by meeting as at apartment. The apartment was really nice and as expected. Bright and clean and in very good and safe location. The metro quite close and just few stops to center of the city or even better if you choose a walk down to center and do a nice sightseeing on the way. I have lived in Milan for a while and came back for holidays with three other women and i can honestly say is one of the best areas to stay in Milan for short holiday to get the best of Milan- beautiful Art Nouvo buildings around (Milan has not a lot of historical and beautiful architecture to see, but we saw some "pearls" even from our window). And what was the best surprise that even nothwithstanding that one of main shopping street corso Buenos Aires is just around the corner (which is best for variety of possibilites to do shopping, but means lots of tourists there and thus a shitty food all around, sorry for expression but is true :) ) in our neighbourhood we catched a really nice feeling of being among locals with nice "non touristic" restaurants and cafes with really good italian food and very welcoming stuff just downstairs our apartment. Which means the place was perfect for four of us, but just to say a honest little disatvantage - for family with little children the street could be little too noisy at night once window left open, if we remember that italians like to eat good and quite late at nights ;).
The apartment has a good location and everything necessary for living. It's too small for 4 people. If You don't have large requirements to cleanliness and comfort - it suits for You.
