Relax with the whole family or friends. A waterfront house perfect for a family or friends get away. Large waterview sunroom to watch the activities on the water. Sleeps 12. Come by car or water and tie up on the property dock. Kayak, Fish or Crab right from the dock. Enjoy nearby Rock Hall with its quaint shops and lots of restaurants. Enjoy Eastern Shore Living while in the comfort of an updated house.

The space
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths all on one level. 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and the 3rd has a bunk bed with double bed on bottom and single above. One bathroom with shower is attached to master bedroom. The other is in the hall. In the separate suite, there is a King bedroom and a bunk room with a double on the bottom and single on the top bunk. (Note: 100lb max on bunk beds. And a full bathroom in the suite. The water view sun porch is a great place to gather and watch the water activities. We have kayaks and paddleboards for outdoor enjoyment. The private pier is great for fishing or crabbing.
