A single room to use - most guests stay for an extended weekend. Your AirBnb host lives in the residence. You will rent a single room.
This quiet neighborhood duplex is near to freeways and public transportation (and the MAX). This is a handicap accessible, (but no wheelchair ramp), single story home. No pets or smoking of any kind. The home has an enclosed and private deck with hot tub. Newly renovated, this is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a washer and dryer. You will stay in a room with a single bed; there's WiFi, and your own private full bath and parking in a carport. The condo has a tennis court and 2 pools, (seasonally open between Memorial and Labor Days). This home is less than a mile from Oregon Hwy 217, and very close to Hwys 26 and/or I-5. Located in close proximity to fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, bars, music venues, shopping at Fred Meyer, Trader Joe's, Albertson's etc. OWNER IS FLUENT IN ASL. Beaverton is located about 15 min. from downtown Portland, a little over one hour to the Oregon Coast, one hour from Salem (the Capitol), and approximately two hours to Mt. Hood. Why pay double for a hotel with less amenities! Flexible arrival and check-out times. Looking forward to hosting you!
Washer & Dryer - (if for an extended stay)
Interaction with Guests
With my schedule, I interact very little with guests that are here Monday - Thursdays.
This is a quiet, treed neighborhood, VERY easy access to either public transportation or the 217 Hwy.
Public Transit is a block away and this location is less than 2 miles from the Beaverton Transit Center / The light-rail system, called MAX. The MAX system runs from PDX - Portland Airport (North), to the West - Gresham, to the East, and to the South, (Clackamas County), soon into MIlwaukie.
Other Things to Note
It is a flexible check in, and check out by 10 am schedule.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Please be respectful of neighbors (quiet after 10, remove noisy shoes). This place is rented under the assumption that you are looking for a place to stay, and not a true 'Bed and Breakfast' experience. The kitchen has plenty of cooking essentials, but I don't provide full provisions or cleaning services during your stay. (There will be, however, "hotel" soaps, shampoo, conditioner & a second fridge for your food storage.)
Annie was a great host! She made me feel welcome and was very considerate, even providing a little something to eat early morning. The room was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and nice and once you get onto the max rail, you can easily get into downtown Portland.
Annie was a wonderful host! From the start she was flexible about my arrival time and was very friendly. She left me a hand written note welcoming me. Her place was in a nice area and was very well put together. It was cute, quaint, and everything I needed. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay.
Annie was great, I really appreciated her being flexible with the time I would be arriving. The neighborhood is quiet and her place is only a block from the bus which was my transportation while I was in town. I had a great time and appreciated all the thoughtfulness of extra blankets and tea!
Annie is a very friendly and gracious host. The place was nice and clean.
It was a lovely stay. Anne is quite wonderful and welcoming.her home is cozy and I immediately felt at home. Thank you Annie!
Annie has a wonderful home, very comfortable, and the room was charming. We didn't get to chat much as I got in late and she left early, but Annie was very accommodating and welcoming. Definitely would recommend for someone travelling alone; the twin bed was quite comfortable.
A warm and comforting place for me to rest during a busy week. Access to public transit was easy. Annie was a friendly host and I felt welcome and at ease. Thanks Annie!
