They were very responsive to any questions we had leading up to our stay. I got a prompt and clear response, making me comfortable to pose any question or need. When we arrived, the host was very nice and gave us a complete and thorough introduction to the condo and its surroundings. I especially liked that he included a list of their favorites spots around town, including the place where they met. Nice touch! The place was very clean, homey, quiet, and close to downtown. It was the best of both worlds. We are a very quiet, reserved family and this place fit our needs to a tee. The pool was nice and the amenities were as good as any hotel. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place that is quiet, away from the hustle, bustle, but still close enough to partake of all that Palm Springs has to offer. We had a great stay!!
Cozy and quiet, it was the perfect relaxing getaway that I was looking for. Very nice!
So welcoming, beautiful space with clean feel. Glamorous, yet simple. I recommend this space 100 percent and will be coming back. Thanks to the fantastic hosts for making us feel right at home.
It was a lovely experience staying at William and Raymond's apartment. Even though we spent most of our time exploring Palm Springs it was a very cozy place to come back to at the end of the day and just relax. The location was also perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay there again myself in the future.
Raymond and William provided an accurate description of the condo and were great communicators throughout the entire planning process and during our stay. The condo was stocked well beyond my expectations, including spices and condiments for cooking. It's conveniently located in Palm Springs with an easy drive to downtown, outlet shopping, and anywhere else you desire to visit (they even provide a list of their own local recommendations to check out). The condo community was very nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This was a great Airbnb experience. Thank you to Raymond and William for providing a nice place for us to stay!

About the Host, Raymond And William
William and Raymond are a gay couple who live together in the Desert Hot Springs property (not the Palm Springs apartment or luxury home). William loves to travel (he's been to London (and all around the British country-side), Amsterdam, Sydney, Puerto Vallarta, Paris, Egypt, Costa Rica, all over the U.S., etc.), loves reading, works at a local university, and is vegan. Raymond loves music (Grace Jones, Cher, Nina Hagen, Boy George are among his favorites). Both love to exercise, socialize with friends in Palm Springs, and watch movies together.
In the summer months we like to go to the top of the tram and hike in the national park. Miles of trails, a restaurant, views, and a mild mid -70 degrees even on the hottest of days in the desert.
This is where we met! Early evenings they have video trivia. Probably the closest bar to our place. Tue and Thur is 2-for-1 drink specials all night. Straight-friendly.
Supermarket closest to our place
Our favorite place to have dinner. Always busy, the restaurant serves great American modern food at reasonable prices. The owners are very active in the Palm Springs community and local charities.
Popular, reservations recommended!
Supermarket close to the apartment.
Great Starbucks alternative. Located in an architecturally significant quaint sitting courtyard complex along with other great shops.
This is a favorite for having drinks in the lovely upstairs video bar. This is also a restaurant and it has an outdoor bar downstairs right on the downtown Blvd. Straight-friendly.
One of the best small museums in America.
Not casino people ourselves, but this is the closest casino and right in downtown Palm Springs.
Highly recommended Italian restaurant by one of our guests!
Very popular, and has an amazing interior and delicious food. Raymond and I like (email hidden)bar to eat because they offer reduced prices on a pretty robust "bar menu". Three levels to dine inside
Happy hour $2 cocktails starting at 4:00 p.m. until I think 7 p.m. Fabulous Asian/Chinese cuisine. Reservations recommended for dinner.
We shop here every week to get our organic, canned beans and veggies for our soups and recipes. Only 99 cents each! Fabulous bargains!
All organic ingredients, mostly vegetarian. One of our favorite lunch stops.
For Art House and Independent Film buffs, this is the movie theater of choice in Palm Springs.
This is Raymond's favorite lunch spot for quick and fresh Mexican. No lard, no microwave!
This is one of our favorite lunch spots. Excellent, healthy food. Most menu items are vegan/vegetarian and all under $10.00. Friendly service.
Literally across the street from the apartment. Take the tram up (about $25 per) and enjoy a restaurant, bar, and miles of wilderness hiking!
Only a few minutes away
Pretty good Mexican cuisine
A favorite for vegetarian cuisine!
The local Home Depot. Also has a Bed Bath & Beyond, Wells -Fargo, and "fast-casual" restaurants.
Excellent 'fast-casual' restaurant near the Home Depot.
Across the street from Home Depot!
One of our favorite venues for groceries. Wines, cheeses, healthy snacks, nuts, and more!
A must see oasis in the desert. Hike in to see the natural spring, creek and shady palm trees that line the river and pathway. A favorite among our airbnb guests.
This spa is right in Desert Hot Springs and comes highly recommended by one of our guests! Only $50 for a day pass! see their pag(website hidden)om/
Desert Hot Springs is a "hot" spot for, well, Spas! Abundant natural hot mineral waters; internationally famous. Not been to any ourselves (we like our own private jacuzzi :)
