Leather pull out couch with queen bed sleeps two extra guests. Relax by the fire pit and listen to the birds in the woods.

There is lots to live in this space. Large bedroom with king size Wild Oaks Metal Works bed; walk-in closet, LVT flooring and Great American Spaces BrewPub accent wall.

Large living area with custom craftsman built kitchen and recessed pantry giving lots of space for groceries and more floor space.

Genuine leather reclining loveseat and pull out couch. Recessed custom entertainment center with Samsung smart TV and Dish Network service.
Gorgeous live-edge hemlock wall cap adds a unique touch to the living area.

Bathroom has 5’ shower unit with semi-frameless glass shower door, vanity with custom live edge wood top and vessel sink. Recessed cabinets add more storage space as well. Great American Spaces Cloud shiplap on the walls.

Our home is on the property. You will be staying in the new apartment above a detached garage (see pictures for proximity). You have your own private entrance to the apartment.
Access to the garage is not included. We occasionally use the garage to access tools, mower, etc., but this is separate from your space.

Fun fact: I consider Guatemala my second home.
I grew up in a large family and we have 6 children. Being Nana to our grands is such a joy!! We were involved in foster care and youth ministry for many years. Besides God, family is the most important thing in my life. We tried to fill our apartment with our family’s favorite things. Our hope is that our guests will create great lifelong memories with those they love.
