Paprika was a perfect host: welcoming yet discreet. The place itself is just perfect as for privacy since you have your own bathroom and you can take advantage of half the house. The room itself is pretty great with a really comfy bed.
The location is just right. It's in a nice and quiet neighborhood but still a short walk away from where the action is on SoCo. Lots of great places around to eat, drink and have a good time. If you want to go downtown, it's also a nice walk and buses and shared bikes are pretty convenient in that area.
I also enjoyed the front yard where I could rest or work a little bit on my computer with a very reliable wifi signal which is nice. Her dog Molly is the kindest you can meet. I strongly recommend this place.
The description of the house absolutely was accurate. It's a great location as it is very close to the South Congress strip of shops and restaurants! I'd definitely recommend staying here. Paprika was very accommodating and helpful!
Connie was very welcoming. The place is clean & exactly what was described. We enjoyed our stay here. Austin is a wonderful place to visit and Connies home is in a great location, close to resturant, bars and in a very safe area. The only issue we had was the Internet dropping out regularly, Connie was quick to fix the problem however it still continued to drop out. The home had a large washing machine & dryer, great for people travelling for a long time. Thanks for having us Connie.
Enjoyed our stay, great place and very affordable. It is a perfect location for access to SoCo and only a short cab ride to downtown and Sixth Street. Have a walk around the neighbourhood if you stay here, some amazing art and architecture :)
The reservation was canceled 30 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
I had a great stay there with a few friends. The house is well located (in SoCo, 5 min walk from Home Slice, Vespaio, etc.) and it can accommodate 4 to 6 people without any problems. The yard is large enough to get a drink and enjoy the heat!
Paprika's home was a cozy escape on a pretty, tree-lined street -- very convenient to downtown Austin and the SoCo scene! Highly recommended.
